Villa Della Rosa has no business being this good. We're talking about an elevated level of service - to the point where we had the staff cooking specific meals for our two-year old who was throwing eating fits. The location is great, the facilities are fantastic (spa, pool, etc.) and everything is put together quite nicely. For the little ones, there's a playroom which is easily accessible and allows parents to enjoy their coffee break while still being able to see what the kids are up to. The experience is helped by a great food offering, a nice selection of drinks, and a friendly staff that simply caters to your needs. As a former frequent traveller who's seen the best that the hospitality industry has to offer, I can this sum it up by saying that we were extremely happy to be guests of Villa Della Rosa and will certainly stay there again next time we're in town.

Its a very nice 4floor hotel with 24 hour reception. Parking lot was big . We choosed a one king size bed room. It was over 40 sqm . Room had windows on both sides. Bed and pillows was excellent. Only problem was it wasnt an actual double bed, it was 2 single beds next to each other. Breakfast was nothing special except service hours 07-11 which is longer then usual. Reception was helpful at checkout, they do accept cash leva, euro and cards. There is no bellboy, help on luggages. Also the minibar at the room was empty.

This hotel is a great surprise: the venue, the service, the restaurant and the pool -all are 5 stars. I highly recommend to anyone passing by.

Really good hotel with super breakfast and clean and modern bathroom. It has a swimming pool with extra cost. Very friendly reception! I was really positively surprised by a 2 star hotel in Razgrad!

The new and in fact only SPA hotel in Ragrad is open and fully operational. The prices are quit reasonable for the region. Everything is new and nice looking. The food is fresh and tasty. The SPA center is with two saunas, two steam baths, places for massages and big indoor swimming pool, lounge beds. I wish the owners to have the strength and mentality to maintain the hotel with respect to the clients, because this is the biggest challenge for such kind of places.

Had a meal in restaurant but had to wait ages for staff to take food orders

Staff is very nice and attentive, food is delicious, decent views, clean and tidy rooms (room service is phenomenal). Spa was closed during our visit, but also looks very nice. Will definitely be back again.

We were quite surprised finding this wonderful hotel. The rooms are clean, large and smell nice. The food is perfect and fits nice the wide view also the swimming pool is large and there is plenty of space to sit and read a book. The design is really beautiful and the staff is friendly. We will be back :)

New and very clean hotel, with big rooms and bathrooms, nice bed. The hotel's restaurant is very nice, with small but delicious menu! Every time when I need to go in Razgrad me and my colleagues are staying at this hotel. There is big and clean swimming pool also. I recommend it with both hands

Very nice new hotel! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant is delicious and the rooms are very nice and clean. The pool and spa are great if you want to relax.

The best place to stay in Ragrad! Period. The complex is at the city outskirts, it's quiet, beautiful and clean. There's a parking and a drive-in to the hotel door, which is amazing and well-though. The staff is very friendly and when I asked a soft pillow and extra paper rolls, they fetched them asap. There were some repairs which kept us awake one afternoon when were rested there. For the sake of the environment they have motion sensors for the lights in the corridors, but they keep removing the towels even if left hanging.

The staff will cancel spa facilities at any time. We were told the spa is open every day, but it is closed all week. Not good.

Visited just the swimming poola and the spa. Clean water and good temperature.
