My 3 and 5 year old love little ninjas and until arthritis got the better of me, I loved the ladies class too. Thoroughly recommend for all ages.

My son has been going here for 5 years now and loves it. Multiple classes a week to choose from and really good coaching. Would recommend to anyone thinking of joining.

Team Aro Fitness provide a consistent program to not only guide the students of the nitty-gritties of self defence but also provide a consistent approach to be disciplined in life in general. My child has been with Aro for a long time and each term I see they are making updates to cater to needs and understanding abilities for variety of children according to their abilities. I highly recommend them if you want to instill confidence in your child so that they can understand and develop their strengths and become more resilient in life.

Based on our experience it’s absolutely quality learning environment which caters for all abilities lead by a passionate professional and caring coach and his lovely family. Fantastic team, got so much respect for them, they are great role models! Fun, fast paced, disiplined and life skills! Its great fitness! Communication is on point! Its amazing to see how much my 2 boys confidence has grown since they've joined ARO and it's lovely to see the relationships they have built! They have so much fun it makes me want to join up!!!

My daughter has been going to Aro kick-boxing for over a year now & she absolutely loves it! All of the instructors are friendly and welcoming and Lee & Ollie are amazing at what they do! They adapt classes to suit the individual and help everyone achieve their best. Would 100% recommend

Signed my son up for the free trial before half term, he loves it. Now on his second month and has been great to see him improve and get involved with the team. Have been great at answering my questions, good communication, very friendly. Lee and Phil are great coaches and the children that help are great with the young kids too. The price I find is very good also. My son is going on 4 years old and hope to see him grow up attending AroFitness. Highly recommend.

Little Ninja’s at Aro Fitness is a great club for my son and he has made brilliant progress since starting. The sessions are fun and skills based and the instructors are skilled in teaching young children. Most importantly, all the children within the session have fun and enjoy the lesson. My son enjoys the relaxed atmosphere of the classes and has learnt lots of new skills too, most of which he can practice at home too. We have recommended Aro Fitness to our friend and family and will continue to do so. Very excited to be on the kick-boxing journey with my son and to see where this club can get him too.

Our son has attended Aro Kickboxing for approx three years now . He is animated by the classes and family feel . He can go and be himself and his potential is recognised and praised . This disciplined sport has brought out our sons confidence and given him an opportunity to learn his belts in a fun and amazing setting . The new gym is amazing and lets the team train with the most up to date equipment . Bea and Lee worked so hard in lockdown to motivate the kids and keep them kickboxing at a time when children needed exercise for mental health more than anything - Thank you .

My son has been attending for around 6 months now and loves it. This is the first club he has ever stuck at. Lee and Bea always supper helpful and make time for each child in group lessons. Highly recommend.
