👍👍 It’s very green and lush landscape, and easily accessible from Reading. I really enjoy the fence with the square holes, it feels like you’re watching a very realistic landscape painting.

Interesting place to walk/cycle/run or take dogs for a walk. Its really quite on a weekday with just the sound of river, birds and trees. Its not massive but its nice. There's also a pathway from there that leads to town centre on one side and motorway on the other side.

A great countryside and open area with information board with explanatory map of the area and all paths crossing the location. The paths do get water logged during the rainy seasons as they are made up of clayey material rather than firm gravel. It’s a pity that there’s plenty of litter around and the doggie waste bin was overflowing and awfully smelly. The small car park is in a pitiful state with potholes and mud and no hard surface!

Quiet paths just off the main road, a pretty lock on the canal.

Nice place to walk and see the wild life my daughter love to come her to feed swan's. Best to go on a sunny day but if we had rain for a few days then advice not to go as know to flood.

What a lovely area its very peaceful! I love the weir and the path next to it there's a few Paths and trails to go down and it's very fun to ride or walk on the trails the wildlife area is very large and very peaceful. The river Kennet is beautiful and a great path so you can do some walking, running and even cycling!

A magical wild place full of butterflies, moths, dragonflies, grasshoppers and bees. An entomologist's paradise. Most paths are reasonably accessible for wheelchairs/ rollators although the gate at the beginning may present a bit of a challenge.

It's not much really, rather small and very few birds at the best of times. Still, it's handy for dog walks as it's next to the Kennet and Avon canal.

A fairly quiet set of paths close to streams in quite a lot of open space. Some traffic noise as you approach the A33 underpass. But generally a pleasant stroll leading up to the island down to and over a canal before walking parallel to a river/stream. Quite a lot of scrub growing with no animals around to keep it down.
