Good enclosed play area for kids along with a tennis court and basketball court..as well as big football ground.. Edit: There have been some changes in the children's play area. The huge sand pit area has been reduced to a small place around the corner, and in addition to many activity things for small kids like seesaw and more swings etc.

Good for older and younger children. There's also a keep fit section for older children and adults. Easy free parking on the roads around the park.

Pretty good field for football and cricket. Has an outdoor gym too but small children can get hurt on this so be careful. Also a basic tennis court. Good facilities. Easy parking on the grass verge around the edge. Can get busy on the roads around the edge - be patient! Nicely shelter and benches. Usually has organised sport on at the weekends. Overall a nice park.

A really nice local space with a good mix of free to use facilities (incl kids playground, permanent tennis court, basketball court, some exercise equipment and playing fields). Great for cycling, dog walking or just having a wander.

What a shame, this was where some of the best local footballers played and now it's a disgrace and the council should be ashamed, hose pipe ban or not
