10/10 i’m giving this please the scores for the following reasons excellent clean food and the food taste like it’s been prepared with love. This is a new shop and there are really doing very well when it comes to the food. Also amazing stuff very respectful. Happy to help I’ve got the impression they don’t like wasting customers time as they dealt with me very efficient and respectful. I’ve got my food to me double quick thank you boys keep up the good work I love .👍🏽

Although the newest addition to Cemetery Junction eateries but the best one so far, and I can't praise it enough! They serve almost everything tasty but their peri peri Twisted Chicken burger meal is an absolute delight and that’s only for £6.79 for a meal, not to mention the perfect blend of spice and flavor, you get top-notch quality at an amazing value that’s nowhere to be found in junction.I’ve highlighted Twisted burger meal in menu attached, have a look, and I can't wait to go back for more. Five stars all the way!

We visited as it’s a newly opened place and it was worth it! Staff was proactive and suggested what we could have that would suit our choices & tastebuds! We tried the twisted burger meal and twisted wings which is supposed to be spicy and it was actually quite spicy and the kind we like. The fries were quite like McD fries and we loved that🔥 definitely will visit again for a different meal🙌🏻🧡

Have been looking for the best chicken in town, and I must say this really is a contender for the top spot. We had hot wings and chips, and a portion or BBQ wings. The hot wings were really good, not greasy at all and had a lovely peppery flavour to them. They were cooked really well and the accompanying chips were plenty. Really good portion sizes and excellently cooked chicken. The BBQ wings were really good too. Nice around of sauce covering them and a really good balance of flavour between the crispy coating and sticky sauce. Overall, my first experience at Selekt Chicken, definitely will not be my last. If you're looking for the really good fried chicken, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing service from all the staff, always serving with a smile and super friendly. The food is also tasty! I recommend the spicy chicken burger or twisted burger. The wings and grilled food are also flavourful. Really recommend it! Also a lot cleaner than your average chicken shop.

Some of the best chicken I’ve had, and this is coming from a Jamaican! The chicken was very well seasoned and prepared, extremely juicy chicken and flavourful rice. However, the service may even be better than the food. Always very happy to help you through your selection and recommendations, speedy turnover time for the food as well! For a branch just opening in Reading, I’d say they’re doing very well and tick all the boxes you’d want for good food. I also have to shout out the house sauces available, I’ve tried it with the chicken burger, spicy and bbq wings and regular fried chicken. Very versatile and adds a great flavour to already good food!

Friendly guys at Select chicken Reading, I was told they have only been open for ten days, I had 5 spicy wings (£3.10) which wasn't oily but wasn't dry either and just the right amount of spiciness for me, I also had chips (£1.99) which was freshly made and crispy. Well worth a visit, they also do chicken with rice , wraps and burgers, I will be returning to try the other menu items. Well done guys 👍

Might be the cleanest fried chicken fillet burger I’ve had in Reading. The food wasn’t greasy at all and it was very nice fresh. Great fillet size too. Some feedback: the chilli sauce,lacks chilli. I’d suggest picking a better bun for your burgers, it’ll take the burger quality up. At this moment in time it gets a bit crumbly which is not good and is a bit dry. The spicy fillet HAS to be spicy guys. I couldn’t tell the difference. All the best.
