No clue about allergens - ordered a gluten free subway and hash browns as a coeliac. Hash browns are advertised as gluten free, and they proceeded to put them in a shared toaster. I informed them I cannot have this due to my coeliac and the staff were very misunderstanding and angry (rolling their eyes etc). Staff should really have more training in allergens as it is so important and can make people severely unwell.

Went into Subway at 19:30 in August 2021 ask for my bottle to be filled up with water. Pretty sure my legal right to tap water is very clear and this establishment denied it. Please tell me I'm wrong?

My friend and I went to subway after drinking at the bar next door and Anouar was extremely understanding and gave my friend extra sweetcorn. Highly recommend and again I am so sorry that he had to deal with us.

I've been visiting subway for many years now. Usually at the end of an evening. Anouar is usually my server and I always get a fantastic level of service. My dad and my wife also visited this restaurant and they have received fantastic service. 10/10

This was my first time going to a Subway, and I was very drunk after having spent the evening at the bar next door. Anouar was very patient and understanding and put sweetcorn on my pizza slices which was great. The food was very tasty and just what I needed.

I visited this Subway today armed with a large order for over 13 people. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help. They had it ready so quickly and labelled so the right sub found it's owner. They even gave me an extra bag to carry our delicious treats!! Thanks you are awesome!!

Subway in here was ace, the guys that work here are really nice and friendly approachable and professional, service with a smile and what you would come to expect from this establishment, my subways here are shears great despite being so small and being a delivery partner and getting the hot siracha mixed up with chipotle southwest which was a blessing as my meal of vegan beef strips, onions and peppers was tasty. Cheers guys keep up the good work

I've placed an order today via Uber Eats. Apart from the sandwiches being delicious (as usual) and delivered in no time, I had a lady from Subway (didn't catch her name) calling to check if I wanted my sandwiches toasted or not. This was excellent customer service and it was such a nice touch...was not expecting this. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I ask for some advice of how to order a sub and the manager (or shift lider, ás he seemed very bosy) didn't help me at all. He justo put two slices of bacon and and two of cheese, luckly the rest of the workers were lovely and put some More ingredientes on. Good ingredients but bad experience for that person on charge tonight

I placed 2 orders online through Subway Application. I accidentally pressed the wrong time and wanted the collection to occur an hour and half before the scheduled time. The store employes denied to provide me the order saying they did not receive any order. I showed them my order history and the email confirmation but they still didn't want to provide me with the order and said to call customer care and tell them to send the receipt to the store. I was not expecting this kind of behaviour from Subway. Worst store service ever.

Went to Subway 12:00 today 14th of November 2021. The two guys working there were unprofessional, not wearing gloves. When I opened the sandwich to eat it I was shocked, it was disgusting and everything was upside-down. It's one of the worst Subway experiences that I had.

I love this Subway because it's typically quiet throughout the day, so based on my experiences its quick, easy & efficient. Couldn't comment what the state of play is late on a Friday or Saturday night, but I'm guessing something like controlled chaos. Great service & fresh products.
