The worst hygienist appointment ever! I booked a 30min appointment with hygienist as a private patient which lasted 26min this included me getting myself comfortable on the seat and the hygienist getting the equipment ready - 3min, the hygienist telling me to open my mouth for 30sec and then educating me for 10 min on mouth hygiene. Then the cleaning of the teeth/gums for about 9 min during which time the hygienist didn't allow me to drink water nor was keen to take a break (which I would have appreciated as I felt some pain) as " we would be here forever" final minutes of the appointment were spend showing me how to flush. Then the hygenist said it was over and that she needed to see me in 1 month. Surprised and shocked I stood up and went to reception. I was given a note that said to book another 45min appointment at £150 and I needed to purchase a teepee at £9. I will never be back nor should you.

Avoid !!!!! Used for years until today without issues - my dentist sent me a text this morning to say the check up appointment I have been waiting over a year for has been cancelled for “reasons out of their control” I called up and asked what is going on and they said that the dentist I was with has now gone private and now they can’t offer me anything nhs. She said this was since September and asked if I had been informed which I hadn’t been. I said so I’m now expected to pay private prices because you can’t offer me anything nhs how is this fair on me. All they had to say was yes we can’t offer you private now. I asked them to take me of their systems as I just think it’s a disgusting way to be treating patients. My teeth haven’t been checked for a very long time because I’ve been waiting for this appointment 😡. I’d now rather go pay someone else private than these people.

Seen Daniela the Dental Hygienist a few times and she is awesome. Mouth always feels so nice after an appointment. Daniela gives a really good service and great advice. Don't upset her though as she can box :).

Let's face it no one likes going to the dentist, but I've been using this practice for years and have always had fantastic pain free treatment. Most recently I have been seeing Olatunde Sogbesan who is probably the most friendly, reassuring and gentle dentist I've ever met.

Very happy with the service for myself and in particular with the dentist named Asma Hussain she was superb with my mother xxx

I had my first Hygienist appointment yesterday and was a bit apprehensive, I hate going to the dentist but I had nothing to worry about, they were so gentle and if I needed a rest they stopped for a few minutes. They did a lovely job I didn't realize how white your teeth could get just by going to see them. Cannot thank you enough!

Had an emergency and they saw me next day. So I'm grateful for that. Price was heavy but everyone's charging silly prices right. Shame on NHS waiting lists and obviously no new patients taken in. It's cheaper to fly to another country for dental work thats on par or superior to what you'll find in the UK.

I have been visiting Daniela for hygienist appointments for the past year. She has given me great advice on how to care for my teeth and my overall oral hygiene has improved massively. I feel comfortable asking questions as Daniela is very approachable and I would highly recommend a visit! Sabina who was assisting Daniela this week was very friendly and helpful too😊
