Good clothing store with 4 floors. Loads of people were there but the only issue is at the register, We were waiting at the queue for so long and I got tired. This is still okay for me. That is my experience. What about you, do you agree? We will see you in the next place.

Very busy store but huge selection to choose from. I like the fact they have a coffee shop inside the store so you can have a lillte break. The cafe is lovely and reasonable priced. They also have toilets which is always a plus. The store itself is lovely and bright with a huge selection of clothing,shoes and bits. Escalators and lifts are in use due to it being 3 floors.

Despite having a lot of stock there was very little worth buying. The underwear section has masses of single bras but no pants to match. When I browsed the matching sets the right size bra was partnered with pants 2 sizes too big.

It’s a good shop to find every product cheap. The product quality can be low, however compared with the price it’s not something surprising. Still lots of products are good and quite cheap price. Now a days there is cafe as well. The old primark in Reading was quite big, however this is more accessible. This has multiple floors however the escalators are quite differently designed which is good as well. I love the atmosphere.

Some nice collections at affordable prices. Clothes, jewellery, make up, shoes all at one place. If they have sizes for Asian people also, will be a great add on to get 5 stars.

The perfect place for finding trendy clothes for all budgets! It has a coffee shop on the first floor for a small shopping break. All in all, I found it a place good for shopping for everyone.

Rude aggressive and abusive Manager! After looking in the camera verified that I purchased from this store still refuse to swapped the product. He was happy to give my purchase to the charity.living from15 years in Reading visited 1st time this store to buy some stuff for kids.bad experience.

The whole family loves Primark. It doesn't matter which one we go to, although there are some that are bigger, or tidier, or more stocked than some others, but we accept whatever it's offering, wherever we are. We get clothes, shoes, bags, bedding, for work, holidays, nightwear, you name it. We always come out of Primark with something, and it never really matters what it is!

This was a massive store to go shopping at, harboring three floors that are well connected via both escalators and lifts! The products are laid out properly in different areas including raincoats, where I got a green one from. The coat is strong and staff were friendly, although only one till was open which is bad in holidays.

A great place to shop with plenty of bargains and reasonable prices all round. One could do with a bit of more staff presence on the floor to help customers.

I love shopping there all the time. So much choice and fantastic ideas for birthdays , holidays and a night out. This as so many wonderful outfits for all occasions and the staff are helpful and friendly too.

Primark prices are a joke at the moment...9£ for a pair of satin pijamas bottoms (just a piece of thin material, basically) that was part of a set and it is on the "sales" section of the store...sorry, but not thank you...I could shop online from another brand (not going to say its name here) and buy 2 items with that money...and it's similar quality...not impressed, at all! I think Primark should put prices down if they want the regular customers to come back...

Might sound cliché but I love the "Primark care" products they nice and the quality of pretty good too. My favourite sk far is the anime merch pretty dope finds there. 👌 If I was to recommend anything it would be more White cloths anime merch 👍

Good quality best price outlet. As a newcomer you don’t need to spend a lot to look good, just stop in here and get good quality at affordable prices. Whenever, I wear their products I always have people complement my dress sense. Thanks Primark!

Out of 11 tills, only four staff serving the customers...struggling a bit, Primark? Maybe self checkouts will help, don't know but you need to sort this somehow. Will try again next week.

Seems limited in options although has 3 floors, Basingstoke primark seemed much better with lot of options. Space also seems little crammed with not much of room and reductions are okay not as expected. Went to get zipped jackets for my 2 daughters not found any girls section.

It's a large store and after amassing what I wanted plus what I didn't need, I popped to the cafe for a drink. It gave me a nice rest, the opportunity to go over what was in my bag and decide to keep or not and some good people watching. Very satisfactory!

Everything reasonable under one roof. Very well staffed, efficient service and billing. Place to go for picking up some gifts and daily use items.

Huge primark biggest I've seen. Well presented as there wasn't just clothes all over the floor like some of the other stores.

One of the BIGGEST primarks i have been to and in the new style with WiFi points and areas to sit down. This one even had a coffee shop! Situated across several floors and products not to squeezed together. Friendly staff and queues not too long. 🙂

One stop shop for all your clothing, accessories and home needs at a very reasonable rate. Lot of collections available but choose carefully as quality and size varies to a great extent. A good way to speed your time on a weekend. Good service too!

Well detailed. Aisles are well defined and they have everything and anything you need, from clothings to shoes and bags, nice house decors etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Also, things are pretty cheap here.

Shelve were empty, most of the products di not have the main sizes... All over the Place, to pay all the till at the floor closed at 5:45, leaving Active only the tills at G floor with a queue that reached 50 people + , not really clever, overall in covid time where you expect shops to let you pay ASAP to not create crowds in close places....

Great place to shop for a variety of clothes. They range from Newborns to adults. You can also shop for hair accessories and even phone accessories. Pleasant customer service too. However they may need to add more clothing varieties.

Excellent store with quality goods. Easy to move from department to department. Well signed layout. Exceptional friendly and knowledgeable staff. HIGH RECOMMENDED

I bought leggings but 2 were a different size but put through as bulk so went to return they were refusing to believe me when i was explaining the situation. The "manager" was extremely rude rolling her eyes at me and rather than speaking to me was speaking to the colleague, she also kept interupting, she wouldn't listen to what i had to say. she kept telling me that check each barcode when do a bulk transaction, clearly her employees arent as trained as she thinks

It's a very good shop with good quality cheap clothes for all kinds of people. The staff is always friendly and ready to help,but there are often long queues and parking is far away and expensive.

It was very busy but the checkout queue went down very quickly. Also had quite a good selection of clothes

Primark have cheaper clothes but personally i don't like the quality because im the last 7 years get worst. One thing which is good is that on first level and ground floor are always enough staff. Many times to men floor are 2 maximum to help.

Positive- it was clean. Only okay because all of the clothing items were on the wrong hangers to the sizes, thought I was picking up a small turns out it was an XL! Found only XS or XL sizes were available barely any in betweens limited stock out. If it wasn't for this I would have alot more positive response
