Inconvenienced,
forced
to
buy
from
their
store
in
future
and
accused
of
theft!
We
purchased
a
DKNY
polo
shirt
from
TK
Maxx
in
the
Broad
Street
Mall
in
Reading
on
Friday.
The
polo
shirt
was
purchased
specifically
to
wear
on
Easter
Day.
Mid
transaction
our
server
went
very
quiet,
however,
we
didn’t
think
much
of
this
as
she
was
quite
young.
Easter
morning
we
were
very
annoyed
to
find
a
large
(more
than
5cm)
hole
in
the
armpit
where
the
tag
had
been.
We
now
understood
why
the
shop
assistant
went
quiet
on
us.
Our
nearest
TK
Maxx
is
a
town
along
and
we
had
to
drive
specifically
to
return
it
which
was
annoying.
However,
what
made
matters
worse
is
that
the
shirt
had
been
labelled
incorrectly
and
it
turns
out
we
had
originally
paid
£30
more
than
the
leftover
polos
in
store.
The
store
manager
who
assisted
us
then
made
us
wait
as
she
wanted
to
check
CCTV
cameras
to
make
sure
we
weren’t
returning
a
different
shirt
-
not
a
nice
thing
to
be
accused
of
after
all
the
inconvenience.
After
checking
the
CCTV
they
agreed
to
process
the
refund,
however,
we
paid
using
a
One
4
All
gift
card
(which
allowed
us
to
buy
from
over
100
different
stores)
and
they
could
only
offer
us
the
money
back
on
a
TK
Maxx/Homesense
gift
card.
It’s
disgusting
to
force
someone
to
spend
money
with
you
after
the
rudeness,
inconvenience
and
accusations
we
have
had
to
suffer.
Really
not
happy
and
now
stuck
with
a
giftcard
we
are
loathe
to
use.
A
very
embarrassing
and
unnecessary
set
of
events!
