It was very nice and quiet in T.K. maxx this morning. I went down to get an waterproof apron. It was £7.99. It was a Halloween one.

I’ve been shopping in tkmax for years now. One thing I don’t understand. Why do they employ people who do not want to work??? I had a full basket and I was in the queue, the cashier looked at me and my basket. She just let me wait there for about 10mins until her colleague finished with another customer as she didn’t want to serve me due to my huge full basket. Probably too much for her to scan.

Interesting range of clothes and home goods. Pricing sometimes a bit weird - same product with two different prices, so double check you are getting the best bargains.

A great store with many bargains at all times and restocking with new items almost every week. The location in the shopping mall is very convenient with entry from within the multi-storey park to directly in the shopping mall.

17th July 1 PM. Front desk where jewellery is stored. Staff member clearly hungover can smell alcohol and cigarettes on their breath. Very scruffy and refused to get some Kenzo sunglasses out the cabinet which I came to buy today. I saw them just two days prior and she absolutely refused to even.look in there after I asked politely.saying sunglasses are over there. I tried explaining these were kept on the cabinet two days ago in the draws but she refused to look

Customer service at the Tk Maxx in Reading is the worse, with very rude staff. I have had a very humiliating and frustrating situation. They did not remove the clothing security tag for one of our items, we noticed it two days after, so we went to the store with our receipt to have it removed. For some reason, the code of the item and the one in the receipt didn't match, so they said we hadn't paid for our item. The only solution was to PAY IT AGAIN!!! It was impossible for us to demonstrate that we did pay for it; thus, in the end, they kept the item. I felt so humiliated as they treated me as a thief and a liar.

Well the options here for women is not too bad ! However I wanted to get men’s wallet and there hardly any options there ! Would be good to include more options of men’s accessories. Otherwise rest is good.

Inconvenienced, forced to buy from their store in future and accused of theft! We purchased a DKNY polo shirt from TK Maxx in the Broad Street Mall in Reading on Friday. The polo shirt was purchased specifically to wear on Easter Day. Mid transaction our server went very quiet, however, we didn’t think much of this as she was quite young. Easter morning we were very annoyed to find a large (more than 5cm) hole in the armpit where the tag had been. We now understood why the shop assistant went quiet on us. Our nearest TK Maxx is a town along and we had to drive specifically to return it which was annoying. However, what made matters worse is that the shirt had been labelled incorrectly and it turns out we had originally paid £30 more than the leftover polos in store. The store manager who assisted us then made us wait as she wanted to check CCTV cameras to make sure we weren’t returning a different shirt - not a nice thing to be accused of after all the inconvenience. After checking the CCTV they agreed to process the refund, however, we paid using a One 4 All gift card (which allowed us to buy from over 100 different stores) and they could only offer us the money back on a TK Maxx/Homesense gift card. It’s disgusting to force someone to spend money with you after the rudeness, inconvenience and accusations we have had to suffer. Really not happy and now stuck with a giftcard we are loathe to use. A very embarrassing and unnecessary set of events!

TK Maxx always has a wide selection of literally all clothing items. I love that their stores are always ordered by sizes so it’s easy to scan through items based on your size. The one section that I always find lacking is the shoes collection. They could definitely use more items. Great selection of home items and accessories as well.

Picked a black jacket for the gym from the clearance rail. Was quite chuffed by my purchase, as my last gym jacket was bought from my local TK Maxx many years ago.

Got a lot for Christmas, I know organised or what. Good choice of products, only one till open but the young lady worked quickly and efficiently.

Not as inviting as last time I went. Untidy areas. Only a few tills open. Very hot in the store. Air conditioning was not doing good. Music was good in the background.

The shop itself started dropping in quality lately and compared to a central London TK Maxx it's a huge difference in terms of stuff and quality but all together a nice store

I always love TKMaxx, but like any clothes shop, the mens sections gets reduced to the furthest corner and usually downsized to accommodate other departments. Great for small Christmas gifts if you're stuck for choices.

I've been going TKMax for decades now and find it useful for decent stuff on a budget price. Not as nice as your John Lewis but also not with the prices. Worth a visit and rummage.

I literally could have spent hours in this shop buying far too many gifts, they have so many amazing Christmas decorations and gifts and it wasn't too crowded. We were very quick at the till too as there were plenty of people working downstairs so nice and easy to pay. I forgot my reward card but have added my receipt online so I don't miss out. The only problem was carrying all the bags home afterwards!

I have always liked TKMAXX. You never know what you're going to find because of the way they buy ends of lines etc. It's not as exciting as it used to be, though. Years ago I went into TKMAXX in Reading with a friend simply because it was raining. We knew nothing about the place but thought that it was a sort of Primark. Then one of us picked out a pair of brown velvet jeans that happened to be by Valentino. We rushed around finding all these amazing clothes by the big name designers. Happy days but I think that things have changed since then. There are still occasionally things like Gucci on-line but now you pay the price. Still worth a visit to the store though to check out the clothes and homeware. Quite a few bargains to be had and an ever changing range of products. Store nice big and airy as well with helpful assistants.

Massive ques on a Saturday... at the moment the lift is out of order and so is the down escalator so not accessible at all for push chairs nor disabled. Was an absolute pain for us as the downstairs with mens and homes was the only reason we walked across from the oracle.

Good place to shop in Wimbledon. All in one store. Friendly staff.. Walking distance from the station. Not too big compared to other TK Maxx shops.

Like this shop,but I bought a silver necklace in the clearance,and when l got home its chain was broken . Any one knows you can't mend a broken chain. Downstairs you often have a teapot without a lid, an aerosol with no spout how do you get it to spray?

Branded items for unbelievable prices. If you looking for something stylish and for reasonable price I would recommend to take a look around TK maxx

Still looks like a cross between a charity shop and a jumble sale. Downstairs till shut and queue upstairs stretched the width of the store! Only redeeming factor was a lovely employee who told us we could pay at the jewellery counter and saved us hours!

A lot of good stuff, you can buy really good quality products. only one minus they have few size 8 shoes. They have a great selection everyone will find something for himself
