I popped into Beaverbrooks Reading today to replace some earrings I had lost and was greeted by a lovely lady called Mitsy. Whilst I was there I asked a question about my ring size and Mitsy was really helpful to tell me my size but also let me try on some rings too to work out my style! She was incredibly knowledgeable and showed me styles I had never thought of that were beautiful. I was made to feel incredibly welcome and will be coming back there for my jewellery in the future! Kay is an absolute g! I took my broken tag here after a purchase with them and they had it working within a month. Plus beer on site and awesome customer service 👌 give Kay a raise!!

Lovely buying experience. Sat down in lovely sales area and offered a drink straight off. Items presented well and very relaxed transaction altogether. Sales assistant very professional and treated us like family.

I went into Beaverbrooks to do some Christmas shopping - my partner wanted a Gucci necklace. Walked in to browse and a member of staff asked if they could help. I explained what I was after and then - super friendly and helpful. Seated me in the comfortable chairs and located the piece in their stock then fetched a brand new one from the stores. Offered insurance but I declined. Also brought some other similar items to view in case I preferred a different piece. Exceptional customer experience and a lovely store.

Today we started looking for wedding rings and our journey has stopped at Beaverbrooks. We were hosted by an absolute star Mitsy who I dare say is an exquisite professional: - people skills, super knowledgeable, and very bubbly as a person. She immediately understood what we were after, and the transaction was more of a great time with a friend, rather than anything else. I was advised to bring in details of a particular watch I wanted to buy. I did, only to be told they were unable to help despite the watch being available from other sources online.

Really nice experience here, all the ladies helpful and welcoming, but Andreea has helped us to choose the engagement ring, she’s very skilled and understands your budget and what you’re really looking for, offering you the best choice for price and quality. Whichever question we had she was able to answer in a professional manner being patient with us and offering good advices. Overall, I would recommend this store. We popped in a few times and Charlotte looked after us so well! She was really friendly and enormously helpful. Fantastic customer service and lovely range of products. Charlotte is an asset she was very thoughtful and would always remember us and things we'd mentioned on a previous visit, nothing was too much of a hassle! Couldn't recommend highly enough!

TUESDAY 25TH OCTOBER, Twice went in looking for a new Brietling and on both occasions after 5 minutes walked out ....didn't even get an acknowledgment.The lady seemed to be more intrested in theTAG rep and the other person stood by the door. Very poor customers service

One of the shop where you could see the best collections. Ofcourse as it’s branded the prices are really high which is not a surprise. The collections are nice and many brands are a available with multiple options to buy. Well maintained shop, good lighting, well designed

Beautiful and big shop. Great price and excellent customer service. Consultants very friendly and very helpful. Good selection and different design of rings. Everyone can find the best for yourself. Everything sanitased after each customer.

No matter which Beaverbrooks I go to, I always receive the best service, and Reading is no different. Picked up a watch for my mum as a birthday present, and Christina and Nicola were outstanding. I can't thank them enough for their help.

Just wanted to sell a 9 carat gold bracelet that I had purchased from Beaverbrooks, just turned out to be fake and not gold. Absolutely shocked to hear that.

Very informative service at the store, though no purchases were made the staff were very helpful in assisting us in showing and informing us of the time pieces we went to look at and inquire about.

We went and chose our wedding rings yesterday and had Chloe looking after us. She was super friendly and really understood what we were looking for. We are both over the moon with our rings and the service we received from Chloe as she made it such a fun experience! Would highly recommend!
