Do NOT go here!! Your wasting your time and money. They will only tell you this during consultation and do not publish on their site but their Operating procedures Require you to receive multiple ineffective "placebo" treatments before they will give you clinically effective treatments. You pay full price for every treatment yet do not give you effective treatments each time, this is an attempt to draw out the amount you have to pay on long form "courses" and "treatments" where they can gatekeep you for maximum profit. As selling subscription and courses is better for their cash-flow as a business but worse for you medically as a customer. Their protocol requires them to use the laser at the lowest levels (placebo levels) possible on your first treatment then slowly increase it one step at a time. Laser hair removal at it's lowest levels will be ineffective and or have adverse effects on you in the long run, it's possible at low levels for the laser to "shock" hairs into a quiescent dormant state rather than damaging the hair follicles enough to kill the hair, meaning it will return years later. This practice is not typical for the industry but is perfect for them because that's more treatments for you to get. Funnily enough from them! They intentionally giving you these ineffective treatments and then charging you full price for ruining your treatment plan. DO NOT GO HERE.

Have had some sessions with Laser Clinic and it’s proving to be very effective. Genista had treated me one time and I thought she was extremely professional, very very patient and kind with me. She was very sincere in her work. The session with her was really a good an effective one for me.

No results! Complete waste of money! Reading clinic was immaculate and the staff friendly but the laser did not work for me. I paid for 2 packages of 10 treatments for Underarms and Hollywood and saw no improvement. I kept telling them after 3 appointments that I was not seeing any improvement, and they would tell me, Oh, we have put it on a higher setting. I had 10 sessions for each treatment with no results; if anything, it end bad due to constant shaving for such a prolonged period. I have a different therapist every time and they all have different techniques of doing laser, all of them finishing the treatment in 3 minutes!!!! there is no consistency! Whilst being in the clinic I have heard numerous other customers have had the same experience. Don’t waste your money and find another company.

Everyone is so lovely here, I have come in for laser hair removal twice and will continue to do so. Roxanne was very easy to talk to and the whole experience was comfortable and fast. I would recommend this to anyone:)

It’s a lovely and clean place. I only wish they had taken a little more care and attention. The laser technician finished laser appointment in 7 (!!!) minutes. They didn’t seem to really care to get all the hairs…

I have had 8 laser sessions already and have been loving the results! I’ve not had to shave between sessions since the hairs are so fine I don’t even notice them. Really like the staff especially the therapist Len she was really attentive and made me feel really comfortable through out my laser session. I would definitely recommend having laser hair removal it’s the best way to investment in yourself.

Best place to get laser done and much cheaper then any other laser clinics. I’ve only been their twice so far for my laser hair removal and have already noticed a big difference already that I don’t even have to shave that much anymore. Good service is well highly recommend!!

great services, and i stick by it. its clean an machines seem new, however customer services is polite but doesn’t provide complete and correct information. you book when its 50% off, and no one tell you that you have to pay it then too to get the 50% off, while you end up after doing the treatment paying full price because you should have know better… if the staff would have said something, and the answer was quite arrogant too but might be my nonbritish background that doesn’t get british culture yet. Reply: Similarly as what I work in sales and customers need to be informed and not make suppositions. Why this wasn't mentioned when I booked, was it a secret? No, I am very much interested to find another clinic for this service as I wasn't informed of your 'policy', this in EU is illegal, but as I am in UK I guess it stays at immoral and misleading business practice only.

Connie was the best. I wasn’t sure if it was worth it to pay for 8 times because it’s not that cheap. And it was. Now I don’t have to shave often like I used to. When it was my 3rd time, Connie was my therapist. She was so perfect. I don’t say the other time was not good they were great, but Connie did take 2 times longer for the laser. she was focusing to be done for all the body details. It is worth to pay full body. Strongly recommend you to book for Connie.

Just had my second session and had already started seeing results after the first session. My most recent session with Connie was quick and super efficient, she was very thorough and made sure to cover all sections off, she was weary of any pain and consistently asked about the comfort levels with the heat. Have had a very positive overall experience and that too at a great price! Looking forward to my future sessions :)

Laser hair removal is something I have wanted for a long time but never went forward with it. I am glad I finally made the decision to start my sessions as I have already started seeing a huge difference. I am now on my fourth session with Kia who is extremely lovely, welcoming and ensures that I am comfortable with the heat setting. Looking forward to my next session with laser clinic :)

My Therapist was Annie, she was lovely. She talked my daughter through the procedure and the after care. She was friendly and took her time with my daughter. She kept checking to make sure my daughter was ok. I would highly recommend her and the clinic as they all are very helpful and friendly.
