Really happy to be seen by Joseph. Have been struggling with knee problems for a while and finally someone has been able to diagnose the issue. Given clear understanding of my issue, treatment required and recovery times. Joseph was very good. I felt he listened thoroughly, took his time to understand and work out the best course of action for me

I cannot praise physiolistic highly enough. After a full hip replacement they had me safely back on my feet and driving again. I felt totally confident and safe with the advice they were giving me and their kindness, patience and cheerful attitude is wonderful. Have already recommended them to others.

Lovely experience from start to finish, I saw Shruti who will be helping me through my issues and I trust completely that she will get me there, made me feel comfortable and listened carefully, comfortable facilities, lovely reception ladies. Happy I chose Physiolistic.

My first fizzio session with Dimitre, recovering from a total right hip replacement, all the staff I've met both in the clinic and at their office are warm, commutative and genuine providing explanation to the service they are providing, but also takeing the time to answer any questions, top people.

1st session today for post op hip replacement with Dimi. Felt a bit anxious but was quickly reassured that everything was as it should be. Exercises were explained and allowed time to do, Dimi was very kind and has a good sense of humour. I trusted him immediately. Room very clean, light and airy. Next three appointments given today, and exercise plan - my homework 🤣 - emailed through very quickly. All in all a very good experience.

I have used Henley and now Reading branches for the last two years for different issues. They provide a great service always polite and helpful. They have shockwave machines which I have been treated with numerous times. It really worked well, fixed a chronic achilles issue I had. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Great physio but as the only person there who was on crutches and was the only person asked to go up flights of stairs I wasn't impressed. Especially as all the physios were in the reception talking prior and it was brought up that I was on crutches by the recrptionist and would it be better for me to be in a downstairs room and he said no. Considering he had at this stage never met me it was my 1st appointment 10 days post knee replacement surgery. I think a bit of common sense could have been used. I expressed my surprise and that I wasn't happy about it. The rest of the appointment was fine even tho it took a good 5 mins for me to stop feeling nauseous from.the pain of walking up stairs.

Joseph has been so helpful and supportive. Knee surgery is painful and uncomfortable but he has helped me every step of the way. There are more steps to take but I know that I'll get there with his help. Thanks Joseph.

I was really worried as I knew I had damaged my knee. My appointment was handled very professionally and with lots of care given to my pain threshold. The whole experience made me feel I was in safe hands and more to the point that I will get better especially if I heeded all the advice, along with future treatment.

Plenty of parking. Receptionist always very helpful both by phone and in person. The physio I see is superb. Distracts by chatting while expertly manipulating. Great for post op recovery.

From booking in to appointment to form filling to the treatment was seamless. Nae is thorough and knowledgeable. And i am pretty pain free after the first treatment ! Next few sessions are booked in already 🙂🙂🙂🙂 I am so tired of going to Physios who look at you and give you a few exercises to do. I had my first visit to Physiolistic yesterday after having corrective surgery to my foot. I was seen by Vlado who despite my nerves, had a very reassuring, kind, and gentle approach. It soon became obvious that he was extremely good at his job, and knew by touch, exactly where my associated muscles were tight and sore.

Had my initial assessment session this morning with Trupti. Very comfortable during the whole experience as felt as though I was in expert hands. Now need to concentrate on the exercises before my next session.

First time I have been using this service and its excellent service and thanks to Trupty Shetty.

After my total knee replacement operation I was expecting an uncomfortable experience at physio. I was totally wrong Trupti was kind and understanding enabling me to embrace the treatment. She had a number of helpful techniques which will help me through the exercises. The machine she used to massage my knee muscles was very beneficial.

Blanca on reception has been fantastic getting me booked in and Vlad was brilliant at my appointment

My first appointment with Trupti Shetty was great. She made me feel at ease as I was quite nervous. She was very thorough, kind and funny . The perfect environment to be treated . She layed out a recovery plan which I could start on immediately. Really good experience! Thank you :)

The physio I received today was amazing. Very professional and friendly too. I was very impressed and would recommend Physiolistic to everyone.

Excellent service, explained everything clearly and precisely. Explained exactly how to do each exercise and an app I could download with my own personal program. Would definitely recommend.

Very smooth process, informative, professional & reassuring. Trupti is a real professional, knowledgeable, great ‘bedside manner’ & so helped me with my hand op’ recovery. She has a great sense of humour, putting her patients at their ease.

1st physio after knee operation. Fear that it would be a painful session but Joseph was great. Talked about what I wanted from the experience and explained everything as the session progressed. Went away with homework but looking forward to the next appointment.
