I attended classes once or twice every week for about 3 months. Really experienced, talented and supportive teacher, Kathleen, made the trainings inspiring and challenging in the right way. Ladies who came there were inviting and cheering each others' successes no matter how small. I loved the energy in the room. The hall is well equipped and quite dark (grey walls and floor with black curtains) but that only fits the art. The room/hall is in the school's sport venue. Some kids art is on the walls too :) Parking is free. Location is really good, safe. After the sessions I felt empowered, more confident as a woman and physically stronger. Much stronger. Very happy with my investment, Kathleen has a great passion for pole and teaching. I recommend Pole Arts. In my view, the best package to buy is 5 classes a month bundle. Booking and registration is super easy through their electronic system, very neat and professional. Remember to take to you class a bottle of water with you. No point for buying a single class, the first 3 can feel painful (bruise you a bit, you muscles will be aching especially after the first and the second class so remember to STRETCH AFTERWARDS AT HOME... - I did the mistake of not doing that, so be wiser). Make sure you are definitely staying for more that 3 classes to see the progress you make and gain enough info to decide if that is for you.

RPA is the best pole family you could ask for! Brooke has created the most beautiful, accepting and body positive community, and she and her TA's are fab instructors! Whether you are complete beginner or a seasoned pole, everyone is always made to feel super welcome, guy or girl, and the classes are affordable plus don't have to commit to a block of courses!

Starting pole fitness with Brooke has been one of the most amazing thing I've ever done. Brooke is very patient, friendly and enthusiastic, I made a lot of progress already in the first months and every lesson is a new challenge.

Brooke is an incredible teacher and has created a wonderful environment for all abilities to learn. I already did pole fitness before I joined and found at Brooke's classes that I have improved at a much faster rate than I was previously. She helps you to take advantage of your strong areas and teaches you ways to improve your weak areas. The classes are very varied, from traditional teaching classes to poleography dance classes and special workshops focuses on specific moves.

I had never had the courage to try pole dancing before, but had always wanted to see if it was something I could manage. After hearing good things from a friend, I attended Brooke's classes - admittedly with some initial nerves - and was immediately welcomed into the group. Brooke spends time with every member of her class and therefore you really do feel as though the experience is a tailored to you. I am already making progress that I am particularly happy with, especially since I always had doubts as to whether i'd be much good. The fact that the classes are affordable is the icing on the cake.

I have had the chance to follow Brooke's involvement in teaching Pole Dance since mid-2014. It is amazing to see how much energy she puts into her classes and how she manages to create a great atmosphere within the group of dancers. She is also deeply involved in a lot of events that she shares with her students regularly. If you are looking for good fun but still want to learn new tricks and expand your moves knowledge, you have found the right place!!

Was the best year ever! Had such a great time learning to do this in my last year at University. Brooke helps you find your flow. She doesn't just help with poses and spins, but ensures that you do body conditioning, full warm ups, learn to dance all in a SAFE manner! Cannot iterate how important it is to be with an instructor who knows how to ensure your safety is never compromised! Brooke is super friendly and welcomes all levels into her classes, never feel as though you cannot start! I began learning with Brooke just as I had started to invert and she helped me improve my strength and showed me what I was truly capable of. I wish I could continue classes with Brooke, would recommend to all. Seven star rating!
