Very happy to have found vegan bocadillos as my last lunch at Valencia here at the airport. (I subsequently realised there was only one vegan bocadillo, and I took it!). It was the only food shop after passport control, and I was a little worried! Moreover, there were good comfortable seats for me to enjoy it, too.

Bit expensive considering non airport prices, but you expect that when trapped in the departures lounge. Food was actually pretty good though. Good range, including vegan options.

The service and my coffee was fine.

The only place on air side at Valencia airport for people flying to UK or outside Spain. Sells drinks, food, and a menu combination. The coffee is good. Didn't try the menu or sandwich, only had a cappuccino and croissant. As you would expect, the prices are higher than the average shop, but that's nothing new when on air side.

Disaster service, yellow hair of the staff deserve to be fired, doing "oufffff" in front of us and all the customers, I never seen that in my whole life, not educated at all, very upset and aggressive. What a shame !! Plus the fact that it's very dirty, don't eat here !! Eat at the machine it's cheaper, better and better educated.

The prices are appalling, 15 € for a ham sandwich is outrageous?! I got the potatoes with some sauce on top for 6,20€, partially raw, some half cold, the sauce is slimy and oily. Would not recommend. Sadly there is no other food place at these gates.

There is a really nice woman that works there and one faisty one!! She is young, faisty, angry and our friend she is Argentinian but she spoke to her in English because she thought she looked whiter, she was obsessed with speaking English, our friend thought it was weird, a woman so obsessed with looking with people. Our friend, an Argentinian girl, replied in Spanish with a native Spanish accent, but the girl continued to speak to her in English.. This was weird and disrespectful, she doesn’t obviously want to be there, apart from this girl with the brown hair back, all the other staff was nice and professional We just thought it was disrespectful because a group of Argentinian friends, they are very white, and the girl working assumed they were British, after they continued to talk with a native Argentinian accent in Spanish the girl continued to talk in English. This is the reason why it was a bit weird and disrespectful.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I waited in the line and the employee said something in Spanish and pointed in my direction. Everyone around me started to laugh. Didn’t really thing anything of it at first. Then when I was the next in line to order and asked if they also speak english (can’t speak Spanish I’m sorry) she said something in Spanish and started laughing. So did everyone around me. Do I need to say anything else? Racism in my opinion. But oh well🤷🏼‍♀️. Save yourself some money and go to Burger King instead! Just don’t eat there!!!

Had a very nice Tortilla in bun. Mahou 5 star very well served. They have the stronger Mahou Maestro Double Malt for those need some courage for the fight.

Pictures of coffee in china cups are a lie. You get a small paper cup of generic coffee for €3.40

After I ate a delicious meal, I was forced by the waiter to write this review. Doesn't mean this place is bad, it's actually pretty great. Keep an eye out for Yasser, he'll pull you into a conversation that's hard to get out of. He also knows a lot of languages

Price is outrageous

The burger was put right disgusting, it was like drinking a bottle of oil and they charged €41 for two burger meals, AVOID AT ALL COSTS !
