I am bewildered by the positive reviews, except to say I HAVE had excellent experiences at Asbury location and the dental dept- and my beef is not with my actual primary doctor in Red Bank- she's ok- but the STAFF. I have never ever in 4 years been able to get a call back when I request records or a referral or leave a message. I have NEVER been able to get through at all Monday through Wednesday, or get a speedy sick appointment. If I need ANYTHING involving the staff at all, I can pretty much just forget it, and be prepared to get stuck going round and round in the phone system for AT LEAST a half hour before you get someone, or the actual person you want. If I need ANYTHING involving staff AT ALL, I have learned to try everything else I can to circumvent them first because it's an exercise in futility. I have actually been turned away or put off MONTHS for things like broken bones and vaccines- no kidding- and so this is my PCP in name only on my insurance card because they've only been yet another barrier to effective health care that I have to work around. Fun. I'm actually disabled, it should not be so difficult, but I laugh when at my yearly physical the PCP suggests things like PAP smears or other routine checkups there because if only she realized how aggravatingly clueless and barrier-ridden it is to chase care there, she probably wouldn't bother. I chose Red Bank location because I thought it would be LESS crazy busy, but I'll think again.

My family have been patients of the VNA for approximately 5 years and although the doctors have changed multiple times however, The changes have only gotten better. The current Dr. and PA are absolutely fantastic, Dr. Prince and Karen. I trust them completely and feel comfortable taking my family there. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 only because it is difficult to get someone in the phone. I usually have to go into the office to get an appointment which is annoying but, I live near by so I can make some time .

Providers and staff at Red Bank are awesome, they care for patients and use community resources to help when they can.

We recently visited this medical center and it is an outstanding place. I have been going hear for my needs for the past 12 years and I have never had any problems hear as they all work well with their patients and peers. Their communication with the patients is even more incredible they explain in ways that all people understand and language barrier are no longer a problem. Physician Dr.Prince and Nurse Edna are some of the many people in this amazing cooperation. We appreciate the help and services that are given to families by The VNA.

I never have a problem with VNA In Red Bank. The staff is very friendly & extremely efficient. In most situations they always manage to squeeze me in for a sick visit if needed. Love Dr Prince - Always friendly, listens to you before commenting, very thorough and never rushes out of the room. I especially like that he ALWAYS explains his thoughts on diagnosis. He is the best doctor the clinic has ever had. The only problem is parking, especially endless road construction.

Dr. Prince was thorough, welcoming and spent time talking with us to ease our mind about our sick 3 month old. The nurses were kind and the receptionist had a great personality. This was the first time visiting a Medicaid friendly office that I felt comfortable and important in.

My first time there was great. The staff members were super friendly and attentive. You can tell they enjoy what they do and it shows. Thank you for working in the midst of the pandemic

Horrible customer service horrible staff horrible at everything I had to explain everything over 3 times they didn't know what child needed what.. Not sure what kind of circus these people have going on but sandy the office manager is so confused on what's going on that she doesn't even know what she's doing

Dr. Jaime Diaz is very understanding and knowledgeable took care of my concerns, and Giovana the care coordinator took care of my referral, sorry I didn't get the name of the other staff they were great as well.

Tough getting them on the phone. Trying text for callback feature now. So far been waiting 20 minutes. Very busy at Red Bank location and appointments are about 1 month out especially if missed. Once you get appointment, mine with Dr.Carol Penn, she is very thorough and hooked me up with appointments with nutritionist, therapist , vision, dental, etc. Very pleased with experience!

I wasn't feeling well and went to Dr . Ukono for an exam. As usual he was thorough and he took his time to explain what was wrong and what medication he was prescribing and why. I'm always comfortable when I leave knowing I'm in the hands of a dedicated caring and capable doctor. The staff is also very nice and accommodating as well.

My experienece at the VNA in Red Bank was a great one. I was given an appointment time and I was seen as soon as my paperwork was completed. Everyone at the VNA was professional and the doctor was thorough and explained everything. Would highly recommend this location.

Very professional and curtiuos. The staff was very nice and freindly. The doctor was great. He explained every detail regarding my visit. The doctor and staff made me feel comfortable. This was my first visit and I'm glad to say that I finaly found a great doctor.

VNA has a triage nurse Renhea Kemmeries who goes above and beyond what her job calls for. The sun is shining, plant’s are in bloom but I wake to horrific pain and feel nothing but gloom. I hate the thought of standing and heading to the bathroom, the thought alone engulfs me with depression. Nurse Renhea has opened herself to assist me with my primary physician which most of the staff surrounding my doctor find little to no urgency in passing my needs on to her. Renhea filled with compassion, sympathy and empathy immediately gets word to my doctor and follows my communication to it’s resolve. Renhea goes beyond just helping me get through to my doctor, she has been there to just listen and remind me that what I feel won’t be forever. She helps uplift my spirits and get through the day. She deserves credit for her above and beyond style of work!!

The staff is always quick to great you with a smile. They are equally as efficient in processing you upon your arrival. The nurse is patient and thorough. The doctor has all the time you need to address your health concerns. I have been going for 5 years and am extremely pleased with the care for myself and my granddaughter

Dr. Prince is absolutely amazing. He truly cares about each one of his patients and goes above and beyond. I’ve lived in two different countries and been to many doctors but he is probably the most caring doctor I have encountered.
