Tracy, who works at the Red Bay Alabama O’Reilly’s is absolutely fan-tastic! She’s holding down the fort over there y’all, let me tell ‘ya. Ordering what I needed from others and having to return 2 different items for improper fit, Tracy jumped on the case. I didn’t mind the wait while she did a deep dive researching to assure best product for my needs and proper fit. She is down to earth, knowledgeable, a multitasker who knows her (bleep!) I was so pleased, I went back the next day to personally say, “thank you Tracy. No returns. Everything fits perfect!” And I left her a card, letting her know how much I appreciate her and how valuable she is to not only the customers but also for the company. I’m headed on a long trip and I have no worries with my purchases at O’Reilly’s, thanks to Tracy! I hope you level up in the company or get a bonus or a raise, you deserve it!!

On 5/5, at 8:05am, I visited the store and had a very positive and professional sales and tech experience with Taylor. She tested my Jeep's battery ND charging system, helped me select a charger, and then discussed and selected hydraulic fluid. She is extremely knowledgeable and provides an excellent customer experience. Thank you!

The ppl are very welcoming and helpful.I have been having a exhaust problem and one employee has gone above and beyond and helped my husband fix it!They barely know each other, but he said that we could pay it forward.Nice well stocked, and always clean.

They really know what they are doing at this location. Everytime time I have had to visit them they were always friendly.

They were rude to me. I had gi somewhere to get someone put car battery in my car and cost me $20 to put in.

They helped me find the part but some of the guys was lazy and rude
