This is a late review, I've been twice. I took my husband for his birthday on 10/2. We both had pedicures. He was beyond happy. They massage and pamper you. They listen to your needs. Their prices are good and worth it. I've paid more for pedicures and did not receive what I receive at Bella's so please don't change. I asked for a design on my toes. I showed the young lady a picture on my phone and she exceeded my expectations on the design. I haven't gotten my nails done their yet but I will. The guy, I assume is the manager and his staff have great customer service for this I will return. Great work and Great Customer Service.

They are short staffed & are not welcoming to new customers. The first time I went to get a full set, a pedicure, & eye brows. It took over 3 hours. Second time, I went as soon as they opened wanted 3 different services but it took a hour and a half just for a pedicure.

Bella Nail & Spa Red Oak is amazing! Rich & Ivy are absolutely amazing- not only do they provide excellent service but their great work speaks for itself!! Their nail shop is really clean!!! Today was my first visit & I will definitely return ( plus tell many others)!!!! Job well-done!!!!!

went in today very last minute without an appointment but ivy still took her time with my nails and paid attention to detail. she has such a welcoming personality, definitely recommend coming here. ive paid more and never received this good of a service, she made sure to check with me through every step in the process

Recently, my sister and I had babies and have started going on pamper days. We drove around Red Oak looking for a nail shop because the place we normally go to had an hour wait. We drove around and found Bella Nails. We went inside and we were asked if we had an appointment👀. On the door it says walk ins welcome. We said no, they then asked what service we wanted which was dip on our natural nail and a polish change on our toes. The husband said I have to see if we can👀What is there to see? So, he and his wife had a lengthy conversation about if they would service us or not. Ultimately, I guess they couldn't service us. It was interesting because they only had 2 customers. I am a stickler about customer service and I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service that was given to us. Zero stars, do not recommend!!!!! The vibe that they gave and the fact that we were ultimately denied service for no reason at all. Just warning others you may not be serviced if you don't have an appointment.

I read the reviews about this place & even despite one of the rude responses from the owner to someone else I decided to give them a try. I try to give almost everyone the benefit of the doubt. I called ahead and was told to come at 10 am which is exactly what I did, ready for a dip & relaxing pedicure. I was told they couldn’t service me. Whaaaa?! I’ll never go back.

1st time here, I had just about given up getting my nails done in red oak, but stopped by here after reading the google reviews. I came on a weekday not a weekend, they got me right in. I got my natural nails dipped, Vivian helped me. I didnt know what color I just told her fall nails, the best nails I have had in a while.

She ALWAYS does my nails so well. No lifting at all and I keep mine waay too long lol. Her and her husband are so nice and welcoming

Good experience-wait time with an appointment can improve. Ivy was very nice/professional. My nails look amazing!

This place is great and I really love the new owners they are the best and before she's done with service she always makes sure that im happy with my service and I love this shop and don't go anywhere else

Amazing!! Ivy was great and did the design exactly how I wanted. Update 06/30/23: I went to this salon again two months later and was even more impressed than I was the first time! I LOVE my nails that I got done for vacation 🥰 They are definitely the best place I’ve gone to when it comes to French tips and nail designs. I will say, it’s important to make an appointment to have a shorter wait time! Sometimes service may feel a little rushed because they have other clients to get to, but it’s understandable and she still does an amazing job!! Highly recommend.

I did a walk-in and they took me right away. Overall, good experience. They took their time in doing my nails and they look amazing! It was also in my budget, so even better!

Didn't get a chance to experience the spa because of the carelessness of posting correct info on the web about times of availability, phones not set up for messages. First contact with a business is as important.

OMG!!! I love this place. Google made me do it, and I will be doing it again. I haven't had the best nail experience since moving to this area and just refused to continue at this point, but was in a dire need for a fill and pedicure when I ran across this "GEM" and Ivy did not disappoint.
