First I was having issues with online ordering so I called. The person on the phone said I had to order online but I explained I was having trouble. He said they only take orders online. I tried again and got it done, however it would not take my coupon. We went to pick it up and the doors was locked and only ONE person in the store. It took a bit to get our order. Once home we baked it right away because we were hungry. It didn't have any taste, rather bland compared to others we've had there before. Both of us ended up sick and nauseous. First...... I'm unhappy I couldn't use my coupon. Second...... unhappy with my phone call response. Third....... why is there only one person in the store trying to keep up? Fourth....... pretty sure something was wrong with the food to make us sick.

Waited outside to order because they only allow 4 people in the store. Not a problem. However when it was my turn to order some guy walks in thinking he's more important than everyone else because he's picking up. Employees started yelling someone needs to leave. Should have made the last guy that came in leave but instead I had to leave and wait longer to order. They were busy so I asked how long it was going to be so I could come back. One of the female employees laughed and gave me attitude like I was expecting mine to be done first. No. Just wanted to know when I should come back because I have no problem waiting. Won't be going back there any time soon.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch stuffed pizza online and my friend ran inside to pick it up and when she came back it wasn't even our pizza! So we went back inside and showed them that this wasn't our pizza and they went to go remake it. While remaking it they didn't look at the ticket and messed up again! So after making 3 pizzas we finally got one that was the correct order! Would've given it a 1 star but the manager gave us a free cookie dough and upgraded our size for the inconvenience!

Very friendly and fast service. Love to take and bake. Our kids love it. Plus, they freeze well for later baking!!

The Service we received during our short visit was amazing. We were greeted right away and treated like we mattered. You don’t get service like this very often, but Destiny blew us away with her kindness and efforts to make our visit special. The whole staff was incredible and deserve so much credit. Thank you for everything and keep up the incredible work.

I order a large Hawaiian every Sunday or Saturday for games and they are always SO good! I've never had a bad experience...until now. It was New Year's Eve. I knew they were going to be swamped; so, I called in an order of a simple "$5 Fave" Pepperoni. I was asked for my phone number and was told that my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I showed up to pick up my pizza (60 minutes later because I was shopping), waited in line for 20 minutes (they were packed), and, when I got to the front, the cashier asked for my name. I wasn't asked for one over the phone; so, I gave her my name and my husband's name...no pizza. I told her my phone number, thinking it was put under that...still no pizza. I told her it was just the $5 Pepperoni. She looked for a receipt and, when she didn't find one, she shrugged her shoulders and said, "Sorry, we don't have that order." She didn't offer to quickly make one (like I saw her do for the customer in front of me who was early to pick it up) or anything. All she said was, "It'll be an hour wait." I called Domino's from my car and they had a hot, delicious pizza ready for me in 30 minutes. Papa Murphy's really dropped the ball on this one.

I enjoyed this visit. Please thank your servers and cashiers. I have been to this store before and the 2 people who helped me where not very nice. This last visit, totally different. Thank you
