I originally went through the drive thru and ordered a Dave single. The sandwich was hard as a rock. So I went inside the restaurant. The employee at the counter was looking at me like I was a monster. She was not welcoming at all. I told them that my sandwich was hard as a rock. I handed her the sandwich and asked her to just feel it. She asked me what she as wrong with it? I was puzzled. I asked her if they could make me a fresh sandwich. They made me a 2nd sandwich but it wasn't fresh. While I waited on the sandwich I noticed how greasy and dirty the store was. The front lobby was slippery, dirty. Behind the counter was dirty. There is no way that our community deserves this kind of quality. I really believe that the health department needs to look into the cleanliness of this establishment. I will never support this location again. And by the way, they didn’t bother to give me a receipt. I wonder why?

I was told to park until my order was ready, so I did,and my order was brought out after 27 minutes. I was given chicken nuggets instead of the fries that I ordered, and they were refrigerator cold. I couldn't eat them. The employees were not unfriendly, but they appeared a little hurried and slightly stressed. One extra star because they didn't appear to be having the best day, but no one was rude.

Ordered a small meal and was asked to pull up to the door and wait on food. Not a problem. Why have me wait on cold and hard food with wrong sauce? Spicy chicken sandwich was so old the skin had separated from chicken creating a pocket of air. Ticket number 3260

UNBELIEVABLE!! I visited this location and ordered two chicken sandwiches. I was told to wait for order and they will bring it out. Wasn't a problem until I walked in and saw two employees (drive thru cashier and cook) digging into one of my chicken sandwiches and breaking it apart. Cook then proceeded to prepare my sandwich with the same chicken they were examining. I went off and the Manger heard the yelling and came running from her office. Very nice lady who prepared me two fresh sandwiches, but the damage was done. DO NOT EAT HEAR !! IF THEY DID IT TO ME, THEY HAVE DONE IT TO OTHER PEOPLE..DISGUSTING 🤢

I didn't feel like cooking and thought I would stop at Wendy's on south hairston since I had a bad experience at the one on memorial drive. Glad I did the manager helped me by making suggestions that I wasn't aware of and helped me saved a few dollars ( we all can save a lil coin) I asked for the food to be cooked fresh and told them i didn't mind waiting when the young man with the braids bought me my food he was very nice he even made me smile. My kids so happy and full I think I have found my a new Wendy's will be coming bk

I placed a mobile order for pick up through drive through. Once I pulled into the drive thru I was told I would have to come inside to pick up my order. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Upon entry, I advised the person at the register I was here to pick up my order and asked for the manager. A taller slender woman with blonde hair came ( no name tag) and I advised her of my complaint. She told me that the location had multiple instances of people stealing food, by claiming other customer's orders falsely. So they decided to require ALL mobile customers to come into the lobby and show proof of their order via app( which she did not say at the drive thru so i had to go back to the car to get my phone). I asked her how is it possible that drive thru mobile orders are going to the wrong car when you have to identify yourself by name. She said that anyone can come in and give initials since they don't have the actual customer names. I asked her why couldn't I just show her my phone via the drive thru window, she said that drive thru orders need to get out quickly. I advised her my order wasn't prepared yet though, so there wasn't any additional time to verify while I waited for my order. She told me my order being ready had nothing to do with it. I asked was it a way they can take the option to place a drive thru order through the app off and she said " we ain't got nothing to do with that app and walked away".When she came back she asked to see proof of purchase and I showed her the PAID order page via the app. She then told me I needed to show her what was actually ordered, but the order was still pending on Wendy's end. She insinuated I didn't pay " did you even pay" very sarcastically. I told her the page just said paid then she said no "its pending" and walked away when she came back she slammed a paid receipt down in front of me which I told her it was paid for when I came in. Again insinuating I lied with no it wasn't. I saw my order pop up on the front order screen with my initials D.C and my first name Diana. So that tells me that my order could've been given to me via drive thru and she just didn't want to for whatever reason. The store seemed appropriately staffed. She them began yelling my order out to the crew ( crew was fantastic by the way) very obviously irritated as she was mumbling something I couldn't make out. I did receive my order and the food was fresh and the gentleman who prepared it was kind, but the person who was managing was awful. I know this is fast food and I'm not expecting charm school etiquette, but I am expecting basic human respect, kindness, and a suitable explanation when accommodations that were available via the app aren't executed at store level. Her attitude was nasty, her appearance was unkempt, and I will not be visiting this location again, and if this is the regular behavior of the leadership at this store, this location will not be in business much longer. I usually don't leave reviews like this, but this isn't the first time I visited this location with this same tall slender built African American woman with the blonde hair was extremely rude and unprofessional but it will definitely be my last. Good luck

Got my order wrong three times, but at least they were nice about it. Literally, three times. First, I noticed a problem while still at the drive up window, which they corrected. Then another issue while driving away, so I turned back and went inside, and they corrected the problem. However, when I got back in the car, I noticed there was cheese on my single. I repeatedly asked for "No cheese". This time I simply pulled the cheese off, gave up, and left.

Place my order at the drive-thru, was not very busy, ordered their tasty 🍟 fries, which were hot, double stack and a frosty friendly service
