    I had trouble with the internet. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hi Tash, I see you responded to my review. You are right we spoke about the internet again after I'd written the review, and you explained how unusual it was. You were very helpful and did provide a booster. Perhaps the issue was my end. You were always polite, cheerful, and helpful willing to go the extra mile. The apartment (red tower) was comfortable and clean with a pleasant view. I spent a lovely week there. Thank you so much.

    Stayed with family in three bedroom apartment , great views, lovely clean apartment. Staff were friendly and very helpful as we were moved from a two bedroom apartment to studio due to flooding, then Julie phone a week out from us checking in to say we could upgrade to the three bedroom apartment. Car park was secured and was in walking distance to Redcliffe CBD. Would differently book again.

    Just had a couple of nights stay in studio and enjoyed Friendly staff and the studio had everything we needed Will be happy to go back again

    Absolutely beautiful place. Right near the ocean and the lagoon was about 500m down the road. The rooms were very spacious and if I didn't have any pets I would be wanting to buy one to live in. Had a washing machine and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, combined bath and shower, large L shape couch and a dark wood dining table and chairs. Beautiful view of the area below despite not facing the water. I could see one of my favourite all time stores no matter the company, a book shop. I got excited but it was closed on weekends I think. Still an amazing place!

    We enjoyed our stay in the Penthouse but the place need a fresh coat of paint and the Spa had been removed. We are now having trouble receiving our bond back even after being told that it had been released. If your calling it a penthouse then it should be at that standard.

    Redvue Apartments are a wonderful place to stay - friendly and helpful staff, perfect location to experience Redcliffe and the Peninsular, walking distance from great cafes, restaurants, supermarket and the beach. Easy access to public transport and I had a beautiful view of Moreton Bay from my apartment. I would highly recommend staying here.

    In the first week of November my girlfriends and I spent an enjoyable week staying in Penthouse 3. Whilst the apartment was generally well appointed there several things which needed rectifying. Curtains in 2 bedrooms, including the master, were hanging off the rails, the toilet seat in the main bathroom was v insecure. Furniture both inside and out was decidedly grubby. The air-conditioning unit was excessively loud. The half dismantled spa was an eyesore. Some of the doors to balcony were not accessible. Windows were very dirty. Staff were most obliging and helpful and fixed wifi and tvs within a good time frame , and the complex is in a great position. I live in an apartment myself which we sublet and I would never let it out in such a poor state. A shame such a lovely and not cheap place was spoilt by lack of attention to detail.

    Have stayed here on multiple occasions while travelling for work. From the very first day always received quality customer service. Particularly I recall them posting a part of my work uniform I left behind to me in GC 5 stars all round from me

    The apartment was a little run-down loose door knobs, mis matching furniture,paint work on bathroom door needs a better coat,cracked tiles in entrance ,mirror in bathroom is delaminating. Now the positives the view over the bay ,good distance from the shops, comfortable bed

    My party booked 4 rooms in total and all guests were happy with the size, cleanliness and facilities in each room. What a great location! So close to restaurants & shops and some gorgeous strolls along the water front. The staff on check out were so friendly also. Thanks for having us all!

    Absolutely appalled at the behaviour of the staff here. They are happy to steal belongings from a 14 year old child and then block us on all contact. Also the lift safety certificate is 12 months out of date and when questions were asked after my children and I got stuck in it we were told β€œthat’s not our job”. The pool safety certificate is also out of date for the spa. Steer clear of this place they will ruin your time in Redcliffe!

    Nothing short of AMAZING. Staff were excellent thanks so much, they treat you as if you were one of the family rather than just a guest. Everything about the hotel was first-class, you're in very safe hands staying here, a total joy the whole 11 nights I was there. Thank you.

    I just think, in future a phone call well in advance saying appologies we cannot assist you for whatever reason would be far better than being kept in the dark and not really know what is going to happen a week or so ago with your accomodation, otherwise you start losing the trust in the accomodation hotel..being unsure whether you will or will not have a place to stay. So perhaps next time a better experience here...who knows??πŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ™‰

    Rude and unapologetic management. Wouldnt waste your time or money on this place unless you wanna spend the night infested with cockroaches crawling all over your belongings and bedside tables. Was very disappointed in our stay and will not be coming back. Management offered no apology or compensation and was rude, even had the audacity to say that we bought them in our luggage. Felt pretty sick and grossed out when they are crawling all over the carpets and furniture. Overall I'd give 0 stars if I could and was very disappointed in the service we received.

    I had booked a 3 bedroom apartment for a family weekend away which was cancelled by Redvue by an email. They did not contact me in any other form. The email stated if we wish to cancel the accommodation then they will waive fee or ignore the email if you wish to keep the accommodation. I thought the email was weird so I called and the staff informed me that they had cancelled our accommodation. I asked what other accommodation they had available and they responded that they dont have any other accommodation available. If i ignored this email like it said we would had turned up after travelling 700km to find out that we had no accommodation. This is disappointing and was not dealt with in a professional way!

    At the top of the esplanade so and easy walk to cafes, restaurants and Woolies if needed. Rooms were nice, with what would have been a good view if not for the bad weather. Decent place for a quick quiet stay

    Had two rooms and a lovely stay in the yellow tower. Only issues with our stay was one of our rooms was not very clean and we had abseillers and pool cleaners that ended up changing our plans on two of the days of our stay. The light/fan in one of our rooms seemed to be on a timer and would shut off randomly.

    Ripoff place was dirty 1 of the spare blankets had dried up spew on it yep i didn't like it for the money they wanted but close and handy to most things.

    It's in walking distance of everything great view to the ocean , clean room little kitchennet but who needs to cook with so many restaurants coffee shops around

    Super convenient to everything, clean and very reasonably priced accomodation. Julie at reception couldn't have been nicer to us - her kindness won't be forgotten. Only downside - bedrooms in 2 bed apartment don't have air con but it is in the living area. We can't really complain though as we received an upgrade! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

    Noise between apartments. You can easily hear others above walking, closing drawers, etc. The concrete slab vibrates. No relaxing holiday here. A bit old and grimy. Bedrooms very hot. Light blaring in from main road. Shutters stop it a bit. Bin chute reeks. Parking spot 26 not numbered. Oven not working right just about wasted 2 lots of food. No light in microwave. Aircon musty when used. Hot water luke warm on 1st night. Knives blunt and useless. Partial ocean view. Won't be coming back.

    Great place to stay. Very spacious apartments and only a short walk to restaurants,pubs,cafes and shops. Located just over the road from Sutton's Beach. Would thoroughly recommend. Definitely would stay here again.
