Do
NOT
stay
here!
Apparently,
if
the
check-in
process
(7/31
@
6:30
pm)
is
awful
and
you
ask
for
a
manager
or
hotel
contact
information
to
give
feedback
to,
the
clerk
threatens
to
call
the
police.
It
was
the
strangest
situation
I've
ever
experienced.
I
truly
don't
think
she
wanted
US
to
give
the
manager
(Ashley)
actual
feedback
about
HER
terrible
behavior,
so
she
called
Ashley
the
manager
in
the
back
room
on
her
cell
to
say
I
was
raising
my
voice
and
lord
knows
what
else.
She
had
told
me
moments
before
that
she
didn't
have
to
give
us
a
room.
What?
Because
I
had
the
nerve
to
be
dissatisfied?
At
that
point
it
was
going
to
be
her
narcissistic
way
or
the
Highway.
We'll
take
this
up
with
Choice
hotels
(where
we've
stayed
countless
times),
and
Expedia
and
let
them
know
that
the
desk
agent
was
truly
unstable.
We
are
a
very
non
threatening
family
of
four
with
two
cats
and
a
customer
service
based
business,
and
this
girl
was
acting
a
mess
and
simply
didn't
want
to
get
a
complaint
about
her
--
I
suspect
she
has
had
a
few.
When
my
husband
was
checking
in
initially,
she
called
him
difficult
because
we
didn't
have
adjoining
rooms
as
requested.
She
then
kept
complaining
about
guests
calling
the
front
desk
from
inside
the
hotel.
She
slammed
down
the
phone
repeatedly,
sighed
heavily,
and
said
"stop
ringing!!"
over
and
over.
She
was
sarcastic,
annoyed
and
put
out
which
is
the
identical
treatment
we
received
and
I
simply
wanted
to
find
out
how
to
issue
feedback
about
our
experience
after
booking
two
rooms.
Usually
Choice
hotels
delivers,
but
in
Redding
it's
apparently
the
twilight
zone.
We're
now
staying
across
the
stress
the
the
very
friendly
and
accommodating
Best
Western
with
adjoining
rooms.
They
have
been
absolutely
amazing.
Maybe
they
should
hold
a
seminar
on
how
to
treat
a
customer
for
you
guys.
