A favorite place for different fast food meal...a change front the usual burgers and whatnot. On this visit, I tried their King's Hawaiian Fish sandwich. I have gotten their regular crispy fish in the past and it was lackluster - not really crispy and the bun didn't hold up. The King's Hawaiian is different: the bun is more robust and the addition of cheese and tomato gives it a bit of a bump. The fish this time tasted great, really flaky with a bit of sweetness and complimented by the tartar sauce. This new fish sandwich is a better balance. I also got their beef and cheddar which was fair-to-good. This was my first time trying the Spicy 3 Pepper Sauce and I'm hooked! Right up there with Horsey Sauce. The crew at this location is always fantastic! Fast, friendly, and polite... Will return soon.

As good as most fast food goes. Staff was friendly. I waited a bit longer than you would expect to work only 2 cars in front, but the order was mostly accurate. Didn't give me the sauces I requested. Would return.

Customer service is horrible. Lady with pink hair Melinda and Julia has very nasty attitude. My food was cold, order was incorrect and when I bought it back they decided to scold me about how long it took me to bring it back. At that point I'm not comfortable with them cooking anything for me. So I got a refund. This is the worst!

Went for the 2 can dine for $9.99. Great service. Food fresh, fries hot, & my Root beer ice cold. My Beef & Cheddar was delicious.

Arby's has always been my favorite place to eat at love. That arby's sauce. I went there last night about 630 after work. And tried the new bacon burgers. They were huge and buy far the best Burger. I've ever had anywhere they are excellent. The staff was very polite to me. And the place was very clean. There was even a guy that worked there who was singing LOLI will always go back to that location. Keep up the good work crew Any time I go there. The staff will always hear me ring that bell when I leave. Thank you arby's for being my favorite restaurant

I used to get great food from here. Everything was fresh and hot. Twice now my beef and cheddar had no cheese and 1 slice of beef. My fries were over fried and hard. It's a real shame.

Staff here is very friendly. They don't act like you're bothering them by walking in like so many other places these days. The greet you as soon as you walk in which is very rare for a fast food place. Love it here.

Typical Arby's. Service was okay. Restaurant was clean. Very little business inside the restaurant. All of the customers were using the drive thru. Typically quicker to walk inside for service.

I was their only customer in drive thru, was really hungry. Ordered two chicken sliders and a gyro. Was told to pull around to the front BECAUSE they were making my food "fresh" as I was told. When I got home I couldn't even bite thru the sliders, they had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours and my gyro was all jacked up with tomatoes I told them not to put on it and bacon I paid for not on it plus I ordered and paid for an extra side of their gyro sauce that they never gave me. Not a big deal I ate the gyro and threw the sliders away....but I'll be going to a different Arby's for here on. I live south of this Arby's off Plymouth road not far way (less than a mile away) gotta go north five miles or east to telegraph from now on but what you ganna do eh! Thank God I live in the US

Great service, a bit slow after lunch today. Staff is super friendly! Bought a double beef n cheese, Hawaiian Fish deluxe, and jalapeno bites. All were tasty and served fresh.

The new burger is Actually good.. really juicy.. if you are looking for a Dry burger with no seasoning.. DO NOT COME to Arby's

The food is rarely fresh. One time I got reheated old moz sticks when the shoft manager who left just before me cooked fresh ones for herself. The service is absolutely terrible, there is no "fast" in this fast food. But the kicker, the lobby ice. If you want to get sick, eat here. There is mold always coming out of the ice machine, I've seen employees go outside and come back in, not wash their hands, and start handling food again. What happened to this place!?

I ordered 3 roast beef sliders and PAID for cheese sauce that I didn't get!! The guy informed me at the speaker "cheese sauce will be an additional $0.49 each." I said ok! Got to the window, paid, and they ALWAYS have you pull around to wait. So.. 5-7 minutes later, they bring my food out, I go home and of course, I didn't have cheese sauce on ANY of my sliders. Tried to call n got a voicemail. I'm just really trying to understand, how do you specifically tell me there's an upcharge, charge me for it, and STILL forget??!! Please do better people!!!

Update Edit: I got my refund! I came back with my receipt, the uneaten food, and untouched drink, explained what happened and they gave me a refund. BUT both managers I talked to said they “aren’t allowed to give refunds” but the fact that they have to ABILITY to do a refund lets me know that’s a lie. Idk what all the pushback is for, if a customer changes their mind and didn’t eat the product why is giving them their money back such a huge issue? I’m glad it all worked out in the end. Original: They didn’t have what I wanted originally so I ordered something else. I changed my mind and asked for a refund, the employees looked at me like I was crazy and said “but we just made it fresh” ok and? I no longer want it. The manager says “well I don’t know how to do a refund.” Fine, I took the food, but I’m not eating it and returning it tomorrow and making a complaint. They’re not going to do anything about them, but I just want my money back, especially for food I’m not going to eat.
