Tranquilo Arambol is one of those places where you can just sit back, relax, and forget the world. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, but the food turned out to be super fresh and tasty. The vibe? Totally chill – perfect for an evening by the beach. The staff was nice too, super polite, and always smiling. Bonus: they had live music, which just made the night even better. If you’re in Arambol and looking for a peaceful spot, give this place a shot. You won’t regret it.
Very dirty. Hostel is not maintained at all. There were cob webs and dust everywhere. People were shouting and smoking till 3 am. Couldn’t sleep entire night. there is nobody actively taking care of the hostel it’s just running on autopilot mode.
The apartments are great- everything you need for a long stay. The party hostel in the main building is a bit loud! And 24-7/noise from either travelers or the young staff. But luckily you can tune it all with music. The private apartments have fully fitted kitchen bathroom, and balcony.... I would return.
A great hostel in North Goa! It is about a 10-minute walk away from the beach as well as a number of amazing local cafes. While the room is bare-bones and basic, it was a great value considering the safety and location of the hostel. I stayed in a 4-bed all-female dorm for no extra cost than a mixed dorm room, which I really appreciate because most hostels in India charge more for an all-female dorm. The only downside is that there are no lockers available to lock up your valuables, but I felt the security and safety was overall very good. The owner cultivated a really safe, comfortable environment. The cherry on top is the by-donation yoga classes each morning!
The building is big and beautiful with lots of seating, socializing, music, and yoga/excervise (with mats). Down the road there is a great juice/wifi cafe ran by a family. There is a lot of rooms for the same bathrooms but it never seemed problematic. The kitchen is a little small for the size so I’d really recommend investment in a commercial kitchen upgrade if possible. The power went out over the course of a few days so surge might be an issue that they have been working on. The bed Outlets were out beforehand, making safe charging hard. Last the mosquitoes are a little harsh so be prepared in a non AC room. That said The prices here are one of the highest values for the budget travelers. Many free spirits find themselves here. The people working here are great with helpful advice and friendly without giving you any problems. Bharat was a nice guy and hell of a worker. I know from experience he’s giving Tranquilo his best. Hope to see all you guys again soon!
Brilliant stay! We stayed at an apartment room for 2 days (3 nights). We had a peaceful experience. The room was very cool when considering the weather outside. (Note that the room is not air conditioned, not that it's really required). The staff were very helpful (Gurwinder), there were no kinds of disturbance or intervention. It's in a decent location, most of the attractions were accessible by foot (provided you're okay with walking around 1-2km). Recommend!
No sense of security here at this hostel, Owais the manager here takes no responsibility what so ever. No helpers at the hostel when locals were attacking us for having parked in a space that the hostel manager allotted us. Moreover, these locals damaged the vehicle and punctured the rear wheels.
The hostel is good for budget Travelers and hostel to Arambol Beach is 15 to 20 minutes walk
