Do not come here for care!! I’ve been waiting on a referral for 3 weeks. I had only my first prenatal appointment with them in which I was given ZERO information and was never scheduled my second appointment. The referral was only submitted 2 days ago and it was submitted by Yemenia (spelling?) incomplete and incorrect with the wrong location and information. She is not helpful and is extremely incompetent. I’ve had to call basically every day and harass this person to get her to even start to do her job. I now have to have my medical records transferred to another hospital and start my prenatal care over, because I cannot trust this person to do their job correctly by submitting correct information. It doesn’t matter how nice Dr. Brown is if the people who are responsible for scheduling ultrasounds or sending referrals cannot complete their jobs in a timely manner or with any respect. I’ve had it with this location. If I could walk my referral paperwork into the other clinic, that would be better than having someone submit incorrect and incomplete information digitally every time. This healthcare clinic is a joke and the doors should be shut. After seeing what other people have gone through recently in other reviews, I should have taken their warning.

I am now 6 months pregnant I went into the Redlands Mommy and Me for my first visit as a first time mother. It’s been 2 months and I still haven’t received any call back I tried to contact the front desk multiple times and they told me to wait for them to call me. Do not wait for these women I was waiting at least 2 hours in my first and only visit just to speak to the doctor. All of the women there are laughing/joking and not doing there jobs for the entire 2 hours of me waiting. Luckily I had made an appointment with another gynecologist elsewhere just in case this one was as terrible as everyone said it was on the reviews. Good luck!

Worst office staff I have ever encountered. First went in June, was told authorization for a referral would take a week or 2, I waited until the end of July and I called the office only to be told the request was never sent out but they would put a rush and I would have it in a day or two. I waited 2 weeks, I called again was told told the request was sent out THE DAY BEFORE! I was finally able to get an appointment for mid September. Up until now I have been very patient and understanding. I received a call today saying that the provider would not be available for my previously scheduled appointment and I would have to wait until mid October! I have been waiting for this appointment since June and all the lady on the phone has to say is “yea, we aren’t in charge of the schedule.” I just hung up, called my insurance and changed my PCP. I would rather redo the entire referral process with a different doctor /office than ever have to deal with this office again. Absolutely ridiculous.

My OBGYN is amazing at answering all your questions but they NEVER answer the phone they are also rude at the front desk and they don’t seem to know what they are doing I’ve been waiting for my blood test results since march 3rd and they have no idea. When I booked my appointment I was told I’d be getting a ultrasound and blood work done and when I showed up the ultrasound tech wasn’t even there so I didn’t get a ultrasound like what!!! And now they are saying I missed my appointment I was like i went to my appointment and I showed. It’s very disappointing and frustrating especially when your pregnant. Like how do you not know what’s going on.

Small, friendly clinic. Usually not much of a wait for your turn. Clinic has their own lab onsite. Staff is informative and works to get your appointment scheduled when you need it .

I had an awful experience at this office. I waited over an hour after my appointment time to be called back for a simple blood draw. I was there over 2 hours and spoke to the provider for less than 5 minutes. The receptionist are extremely unhelpful. I recommend going to a different clinic.

For my family the Front desk, all the physicians assistants and the doctors are all very prompt and are very friendly they always show that they care. This office has been taking care of me and my family for 4years now. I travel all the way from high desert just to go see them. Thank You All At Redlands Mommy And Me. -Camel Family-

I give it 5 stars for when I went here. Dr. Lopez was freaking awesome. I'm so glad he delivered my last baby, before he moved on. Now from reading the reviews sounds horrible. Everyone that was there were Lol very nice maybe they are all gone now. Too bad.
