When
I
made
a
reservation
several
months
prior
to
our
stay,
I
used
my
name
and
my
fiance's
credit
card.
This
was
not
problem
at
the
time.
There
was
no
notice
that
popped
up
and
said,
"you
must
have
the
same
name
on
your
ID
as
your
credit
card,"
or
"here
is
a
form
you
must
fill
out
and
send
to
a
particular
person
for
inspection
if
you
are
using
a
card
with
a
name
other
than
your
own."
Nothing.
This
was
information
I
was
told
at
the
desk
at
8:30
p.m.
after
15
straight
hours
of
travel
with
a
one-year
old.
While
you
are
perfectly
content
to
charge
this
card
if
I
were
to
fail
to
show
up,
standing
in
your
lobby
in
person
with
a
reservation
and
a
weeping
child,
this
was
not
good
enough.
Our
plans
changed
and
my
fiance
was
not
able
to
make
it.
I
was
told
I
was
not
able
to
use
his
other
card
which
I
had
in
hand,
in
person,
because
the
name
on
my
ID
did
not
match
the
card.
I
was
also
told
I
was
given
this
information
in
my
confirmation
email.
THIS
IS
FALSE.
I
checked.
The
email
simply
states,
twice,
that
I
needed
to
have
a
valid
ID
and
a
credit
card
upon
check-in,
NOT
that
the
names
had
to
match.
If
this
is
such
a
strict
policy,
IT
SHOULD
BE
EXPLICITLY
STATED
and
not
allow
people
to
even
register
without
matching
information...
so
that
I
could
have
this
information,
you
know,
before
I'm
standing
in
the
lobby
desperately
trying
to
figure
out
what
I
am
going
to
do
and
where
my
child
and
I
are
going
to
sleep
that
night.
I
have
full
permission
to
use
both
cards.
I
was
treated
like
some
kind
of
criminal
rather
than
a
valued
guest
with
a
reservation.
And
again,
you
would
have
happily
charged
the
card
I
used
to
register
if
I
hadn't
shown
up.
I
guess
you're
OK
with
potential
fraud
as
long
as
you
get
your
money.
You
also
have
no
ATM.
So
as
one
of
my
options
was
to
pay
cash,
I
would
have
to
travel
offsite,
unknown
as
to
where,
in
order
to
be
able
to
utilize
this
option.
Your
full
breakfast
offered
very
little
for
anyone
who
doesn't
eat
pork
or
dairy.
And
if
you
also
can't
eat
wheat,
there
is
basically
only
fruit.
The
pool
was
nice.
The
stone
in
the
hot
tub
is
very
rough
and
scratchy
to
sit
on.
You
had
to
move
carefully
in
order
to
not
be
scraped.
The
room
was
decently
clean,
although
there
were
several
items
under
the
love
seat
that
didn't
belong
to
us,
indicating
that
it
isn't
moved
to
be
cleaned,
nor
the
carpet
underneath.
Adequate
parking,
although
the
signs
that
say,
"park
at
your
own
risk"
are
quite
ominous.
We
did
not
have
a
problem
with
any
break-ins
or
theft,
but
obviously
the
hotel
isn't
liable
if
we
did.
Overall,
the
way
I
was
treated
upon
arrival
tainted
the
rest
of
the
stay.
I
wouldn't
recommend
or
stay
here
again.
