Very dirty hotel! They seem to pride themselves on being "unassuming". Upon checking in, I was asked for my booking.com confirmation number. I showed my confirmation email and with that information, they were able to cancel my reservation and rebook directly through the hotel. This also prevented me from leaving a review on booking.com. I didn't realize until after checking out and was looking to leave a review. When asking for an early check-in or late departure, they try to charge you $50 regardless of availability. When you decline, they act like they are doing you a huge favor by accommodating you anyways. They were stingy with their pool towels and extra pillows which were many years past their expiration. Yet they let homeless people come in and take all of the breakfast food. Their pool was covered in slimy algae. Lighting was dim. It felt like a dank basement. Sofa bed was in dire need of being replaced. It felt like springs between two sheets. Closet door was busted so it couldn't be opened. Wallpaper was peeling. Some outlets didn't work. The shower walls were badly stained. Everything was tired and dirty. Front desk staff are hardly around. You have to yell for someone to get their attention. Very obvious this hotel is poorly managed.

The room was nice and cool, had dark black out curtains, comfy bed, safe place to store bikes, large breakfast selection, all amenities, bathroom amenities and very nice front desk guy and staff. Extremely clean. I don’t give reviews but had to for this one!!! Excellent!!

The website said the pool was 24 hours, it wasn't. Breakfast items stopped being added by 8 am, no Breakfast available after 9am. No help getting extra coffee for the room either. Usually these hotels have better service and hours for amenities. Very disappointing.

When I made a reservation several months prior to our stay, I used my name and my fiance's credit card. This was not problem at the time. There was no notice that popped up and said, "you must have the same name on your ID as your credit card," or "here is a form you must fill out and send to a particular person for inspection if you are using a card with a name other than your own." Nothing. This was information I was told at the desk at 8:30 p.m. after 15 straight hours of travel with a one-year old. While you are perfectly content to charge this card if I were to fail to show up, standing in your lobby in person with a reservation and a weeping child, this was not good enough. Our plans changed and my fiance was not able to make it. I was told I was not able to use his other card which I had in hand, in person, because the name on my ID did not match the card. I was also told I was given this information in my confirmation email. THIS IS FALSE. I checked. The email simply states, twice, that I needed to have a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in, NOT that the names had to match. If this is such a strict policy, IT SHOULD BE EXPLICITLY STATED and not allow people to even register without matching information... so that I could have this information, you know, before I'm standing in the lobby desperately trying to figure out what I am going to do and where my child and I are going to sleep that night. I have full permission to use both cards. I was treated like some kind of criminal rather than a valued guest with a reservation. And again, you would have happily charged the card I used to register if I hadn't shown up. I guess you're OK with potential fraud as long as you get your money. You also have no ATM. So as one of my options was to pay cash, I would have to travel offsite, unknown as to where, in order to be able to utilize this option. Your full breakfast offered very little for anyone who doesn't eat pork or dairy. And if you also can't eat wheat, there is basically only fruit. The pool was nice. The stone in the hot tub is very rough and scratchy to sit on. You had to move carefully in order to not be scraped. The room was decently clean, although there were several items under the love seat that didn't belong to us, indicating that it isn't moved to be cleaned, nor the carpet underneath. Adequate parking, although the signs that say, "park at your own risk" are quite ominous. We did not have a problem with any break-ins or theft, but obviously the hotel isn't liable if we did. Overall, the way I was treated upon arrival tainted the rest of the stay. I wouldn't recommend or stay here again.

We had a nice suite. It was in good condition and clean. Could have been decorated a little bit nicer but breakfast was pretty good. Standard waffles, sausage links, typical scrambled eggs, tater tots, bacon (one day), and french toast sticks (very yummy). Cold things were cereal, apples, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice Begal, bread, English muffins and pastries. Pool is small but heated and inviting. And the hot tub was very relaxing.

I stayed here for a single night and I was very surprised by how nice it was. The pool needed some work, but even then, it was still nice. I have not been able to walk for a while now, but it was not a problem. The staff was incredibly friendly!

Great location, clean facilities, gym, laundry, indoor pool and Jacuzzi....family friendly. Not a no-tel motel. Def better than many of the Choice properties I've visited in the past. Hopefully a positive improvement for the corporation. Also great for business travelers

Was helped out by Kay! She was really helpful! The location is close by the yamava casino . The room was really clean and maintained. They have a heated pool and jacuzzi . They have snacks at front to purchase . They have ice machines , microwaves and mini fridges as well. All in all good hotel to stay in !

I've stayed in lots of hotels across the country and have enjoyed my stay here more than any other in recent years, including the local Hampton Inn & Suites nearby. This was comparable, but without the waffles. This Comfort Suites is shopping, restaurant and freeway close without being too noisy. The area is nice with friendly people. The hotel itself is nice, clean and quiet. Didn't hear any dogs or kids, which is a plus! Room and bed were clean and comfy. At check in and throughout my stay, Alex at the front desk was friendly, hospitable, very professional and accommodating. The pool was clean and well-kept, as was the spa; both were spacious, and I got to swim by myself a few times without anyone else in the pool and patio area. Patio has shade and sun; however, currently, there's construction going on on the other side of the patio fence between the hotel and freeway. Overall, a 10 stay and I will definitely return! Thanks, Alex!

The hotel is quiet, and always comfortable. It's my favorite Hotel in the Redlands area. Alex is a superb employee, who is extremely kind and generous and always providing the most amazing customer service.

I stayd in this place for 3 nights. Overall good experience just one front desk white guys attitude was very mean and rude. I had forgotten my key at the room so asked to make new one and gave my ID. He handed over me a bill. I repeated him that I need key not the bill and by seeing Bill I got confused as I had done booking online and bill was showing it some due so I friendly asked I am confused about this bill. He meanly said ohhh am I confusing you!!! Well that's not my problem that you are confused you better give me back this bill since I gave you by mistake.
