Note: the elk ivory comes from an elk tooth that my fiance harvested the year he proposed.

I called to find out if they could cut a ring off of a swollen finger, they said yes, and for the type of metal it was there would be no charge. When we arrived, he got right to work, it took under 5 minutes, and the ring was off. We will definitely be back to get the ring fixed and resized, but I'm thinking it needs an upgrade. There are a few other things that we are wanting, and because they were so helpful, we have found a place we can trust.

I hope no one has to go through the incredible pain this store has caused myself and my husband. I had asked my sister if she would take my husband's wedding ring in for a simple repair. All it needed was the back of the band fixed where it broke in two. It was supposed to be a surprise from me to him. I was superised all right. When I got the ring back it didn't even look like the same ring. They said one of the stones were loose so they added prongs to all of the stones. The stones that were put back were not the same stones . Mine were beautiful the ones they replaced them with were dull and ugly. Smaller too. I don't know why they thought I wouldn't notice. My husband won't even ware the ring. Devastating!

Went in to see about a repair. There were 3 people working, one on a personal call, the other two stared at me without saying a word and went back to their conversation. No one said hello, offered to help, or even acknowledged my presence. A man walked in after me and both jumped to help him out, while still not even saying hello.

Excellent experience. Esther was very personable, and helped me navigate the perfect birthday gifts for my love. Also, a footnote, they have an actual geologist on staff to help educating customers on all the characteristics of each stone. Great selection, excellent customization pricing. Just great value. Stay away from this place. These people will scam you. They sell fake gold and have horrible customer service. They hung up on me when I called them to confront them about the jewelry not being real. Buyer beware!! I would've left zero stars if I could've.

Ozel is THE BEST jewelry store around. We visit every time we come back from Texas. I actually found a local jewelry store in Texas that repaired my necklace (bought at Ozel when it was still in the mall) hoping they’d be as wonderful since it was family owned. Nope. Awful. Repair didn’t even last a year, charged 3 times as much, and they just weren’t friendly. Went straight to Ozel as soon as we landed (after Cuca’s of course) and they took my necklace to fix (ready the next day), and cleaned and polished my rings that we bought from them over 20 years ago. I just love them. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. They just had a bad experience but this jeweler is legit and does not pull any shady tricks on you. They also don’t hassle you…so just approach them and ask for help if you need it. They’re amazing.
