We, the residents of this building, kindly request a change in the current building manager. Our intention is to address our concerns in a respectful manner and have them promptly attended to, as we believe it will contribute to a safer and more amicable environment within this community. Unfortunately, under the current management, we have been unable to voice our requests and concerns effectively, as they have not been given proper attention or response. It is disheartening to note that none of our previous attempts to communicate have yielded any satisfactory results so far. Hence, we humbly request that you consider appointing a new building manager who can adequately address our needs and ensure a responsive and effective management approach. By making this change, we believe that our beautiful community can become a more secure and friendly place for all residents. We sincerely appreciate your attention to this matter and the positive impact it will have on our living environment. Your support in facilitating this change would be greatly appreciated. I have lived here since 2019. Things were more than fine with the previous manager...the current one leaves much to be desired for a better lack of words....unable to professionally handle sensitive issues or requests making living here very uncomfortable. Like work, a bad manager can make for bad experiences and loss of trust leading to an exodus of people. Would have loved to stay here but honestly will probably start looking elsewhere.

My experience at the office was disappointing. I went in with my knee surgery and brace to show a video to the manager, but she never came out of her office. The front desk informed me she wouldn't be available for another 7 days. I believe it's time for a change in management."

Where to start.... 1. Breaking federal laws when it come to emotional and/or service dogs. 2.was told along time ago my rent is based on my income and ssi. That was a lie and they can increase your rent anytime they want. 3. Management constantly posting new rules and ignoring residents unless you are one of there favorites. Management doesn't even follow there own rules. Hypocrisy at it's finest. 4. Use to be a good place to live but now is a contant nightmare.

I love to live in the VILLAGE AT OVERLAKE STATION apartment. It's really great service and care about residents. If you will got the unit here you will be so blessed and lucky!

Nice and professional management, front desk, maintenance and security staff. Good, nice, affordable and well located apartment complex in the Redmond area.

I've lived here a decade, the management and staff do an amazing job at keeping our community top notch! They occasionally do extra! Thank you guys for the thankful meals! And all your hard work!

I've lived here for fifteen years and it's the best. Staff and office management are accessible and willing to listen and act on your requests or handle problems. The outside is amazing, beautiful sunsets from the overlook, lots of trees and shade, park benches, gated. I have a two bedroom and it's really nice especially for the price considering the rents of the new apartments around here. Love this place.

Change the manager and staff. The manager before the current one was much better.
