I've been very happy with the dental care and friendly staff at Birch Dental. My child and I have been going there for years and we have not been disappointed.

This was my second time going to Dr. Michelle for my dental cleaning. She completed my cleaning in literally 12 mins. I have been to other dentist where the entire process takes 30mins +. She mentioned that I should floss more often, but forgot to floss my teeth herself (: . Overall, I think she skips a lot of steps and " just wants to be done with the appointment" kind of doctor. Needles to say, her cleaning isn't effective. I would say it's more like an elaborate brushing. I went here with lot of hope, I hope she, and the clinic can improve in future.

Another successful appointment. Again, it went nice and smooth. I needed a crown today and they were done before I even new it. Honestly, this place is the best and the staff is just as amazing!!

I've noticed some negative reviews in the past however, I've had a good experience every time I've seen Dr. Fong. She is professional and knows my dental history well. She always refers to my X-Rays for concerns I have even before cleaning. She also mentions what my out of pocket cost will be when my insurance won't cover any aspect of the visit. Also, it's worth noting that I have sensitive teeth. She makes certain that they aren't too sensitive for the cleaning and if they are, she finds a way to make it less painful.As mentioned in a previous rating, Jency, pronounced "Yency" is the sister of my two childhood friends. I found Birch Dental by accident while looking at my PPO plan. Also by coincidence I saw Jency there. I'm very grateful to both Dr. Fong and Jency for all of the hard work they have put into keeping my smile looking great and will always come back for any work needing to be done. I would recommend Birch Dental to anyone needing good, professional dental work done.

I called their office today to find out if they were accepting new patients and the receptionist asked me what insurance I had and after giving them my information they said the were not accepting new patients. I asked if it was because of my insurance and she said they have not been accepting new patients for a very long time now. Sounds like I will continue my search elsewhere.

I felt I was greeted with respect and patience as a new patient. Their was an welcoming obeisance in the office. Very clean. I am so happy I accepted the recommendation to try this Dental group. I am looking forward to my next cleaning.

Dr. Michelle Fong at Birch Dental is terrific. She is very knowledgeable and thorough in her work, does a good job of explaining what she is doing and why, and is very friendly.
