Second time getting my gel removed here and again they just dont listen to customer wants. I specifically told them i dont want my nails thinner so dont use the electric filer they assured me it wont and proceeded anyways and i thought okay theyre the expert. And yet again my nails have been filed down thinner than my original natural nails, would it be so hard for them to just use a regular filer and wait a bit longer with the acetone to remove instead of ruining my nails? Never going back

Walked in with no appt. Staff was friendly, pedicure came out perfect. They didn't try to over sell service. The prices are amazing. Bring cash to tip.

Tina and her staff provide an excellent service with pedicures and manicures. I highly recommend this business. I tried three shops in San Mateo where I live and they were terrible. I will travel with no problem to Redwood City to get the service I get here. Thanks Tina and Staff

It was my first time at this place, I waited 15 minutes which is understandable as a walk-in. They take their time with clients which is greatly appreciated. 10/10 service. I only came in for a pedicure and left with a manicure as well. Tammy was amazing and I appreciate her for making my first experience wonderful. I will be coming again, Thank you!
