Ashley is very supportive of our leasing process, though the residential portal is down during our moving timing. I moved in last week, and we are satisfied and enjoying the new apartment so far. Pros - very convenient location - good amenities - leasing stuff is very responsive (thank you Ashley Cons - Resident portal and App does not work perfectly sometimes we are still having some issue of app for access control. we cannot open our room door with app therefore we need to bring physical key card I hope app issue fix soon.

Living at Highwater has been a great experience over the past year. The entire team from maintenance and office staff is top shelf. All that comes in the building was very well done, from the pool, office pods, the gorgeous courtyard, and gym. I renew my contract because I've never lived anywhere that did things for us like they do here. Kristina and her events are so special. My family goes to each one. We had never celebrated Easter before and she made baskets for each kid in the building. My wife and I were blown away at the love she put into these and my son was so happy.

During my recent visit to a friend's place, I had the pleasure of staying in their guest suite for a couple of nights, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The suite was impeccably clean, had a delightful aroma, and gave me the sensation of being at a luxurious 5-star resort. What's more, they provided complimentary coffee that, in my humble opinion, surpassed the quality of Starbucks. The entire building was exceptionally well-maintained, and the residents I encountered at the pool were incredibly friendly and welcoming. To top it off, the manager, Katrina, went above and beyond by offering us fantastic recommendations for dining in downtown RWC and even extended the offer to use their bikes and scooters. The warm hospitality I experienced made me feel like an integral part of the community, and I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit!

We love living at Highwater. The staff are incredibly attentive to resident/community needs, put on events, and help maintain a lively community. The amenities are top-notch with a rooftop pool and jacuzzi that overlooks the mountains. The gym, while smaller is also state of the art, and usually pretty available with equipment and treadmills. We love our unit which has great lighting and luxurious fixtures! We are happily renewing.

We’re getting ready to move out, so it felt like a good time to write a review. Overall this is a great property and we enjoyed our time here—great amenities and staff. I especially want to call out our favorite maintenance guy Joe. He has come over a few times for random maintenance and was always friendly and helpful. The last thing I want to call out is the fridge, which has a built in water pitcher that refills itself. We’re really gonna miss that.

I had a good time at Highwater as most of people during my stay, the amenities are great . But I had horrible experience when I move out the unit in July. They asked me to pay $1000+ for my move out. I tried to asked for itemized statement how they charged for this amount but I didn’t receive any. according Cal.Civ.Code 1950.5, the landlord has 21 days to return security deposit or provide an itemized statement. They didn’t do it. After I asked them multiple times, they finally emailed the statement to me in September, still no details. ( 2 months after I moved out) Another few weeks of silence, I received a phone call from debt collectors asking the money. The whole experience is horrible. The living experience is good but it is painful when you moved out and want to get your deposit back. Watch out for that.

I’ve lived at Highwater Apartments in Redwood City for a couple of years and had an extremely disappointing stay. Our experience was marred by a series of issues that made my time there stressful and frustrating. Firstly, the management's handling of packages was highly inefficient. On multiple occasions, my packages were lost or misplaced, leading to significant inconvenience. This lack of organization in package handling is unacceptable in a professional living environment. Additionally, after moving out, I did not receive an itemized statement, leaving me in the dark about specific charges. This lack of transparency is worrying and suggests a disregard for residents' rights to clear and detailed financial information. During my stay, I also encountered what I consider to be ridiculous fees. These seemed arbitrary and were not clearly justified, adding unnecessary financial strain. The staff's accessibility was another major issue. Whenever I needed assistance or had inquiries, it was incredibly difficult to get in touch with someone who could help. This lack of available support is a serious drawback for any residential community. Lastly, the parking situation was disastrous. The garage was prone to flooding, resulting in many residents, myself included, suffering significant damage to my vehicles. This is a severe oversight in property maintenance and poses a risk to residents' property. In summary, my stay at Highwater Apartments was marked by a series of disappointments and frustrations. From lost packages to unclear charges and inaccessible staff, this experience was far below the standard I expect from a residential property. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and implements necessary changes for future residents.

Pros: Great leasing team with monthly events, good fitness classes and great amenities. 1/Kristina and Eddie are great people from the leasing team. Kristina planned fun events for the residents every month and had been extremely helpful with renewing lease and answering any concerns. Eddie is always friendly and helpful for any in-person question. 2/The classes from Swyft fitness have been really great. It's a fun way to get exercise and get to know some of our neighbors. 3/The pool and other amenities are very enjoyable. Cons: The maintenance and management team needs improvement and will blame resident to avoid fixing faulty design. 1/ Our dishwasher did not work for the first couple of months that we moved in and it took them more than a month to get a part to fix the faulty dishwasher. 2/ We submitted two maintenance requests regarding the peeling cabinet above the stove. They did not repair and have blamed us for having a rice cooker nearby but the heat from the stove directly impacts this cabinet. We take precautions with the rice cooker, and noticed that the heat from using the stove hits the cabinet directly making it an issue from the design and the quality of the cabinet. In summary, live here for the convenience and amenities but beware of expensive and untimely repairs

Amongst all other properties in the surrounding area, Highwater is by far the most inviting, yet sophisticated secure property that I’ve come across. Not only is the property well up-kept and has several amenities for everyone – but the employees here are also welcoming and always ready to assist when needed. My favorite part is being able to stargaze on the rooftop from the pool and the jacuzzi. There is also a great dog spa too on the property to wash your little fur baby, if you got one like me! The apartment itself has an open layout, with nice cabinets and storage. The unit comes with quality appliances, along with a washer / dryer inside too. Overall, I find this the best place to call home.

I have toured many apartments before finally settling at Highwater and I must say, I made the right decision! The team is very welcoming, super friendly, and extremely helpful. On this note, I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Sandy who assisted me throughout the leasing process and the moving in, and made sure that everything runs smoothly. The team is so professional; the amenities are always well-maintained and there's a sense of belonging that you feel as soon as you enter the building. The floors, clubhouse, pool are always very clean. I highly recommend. Thanks again to Sandy, the leasing office, and the management at Highwater.

I moved in one month ago and would be happy to share my experience with Highwater Apartments, the apartment is pretty safe, we need a key fob to access every gate and elevator. While the swimming pools are smaller, they are impeccably clean, with one even offering a relaxing hot water option. The gym, though compact, boasts enough equipment to satisfy basic workout needs. Staffs are very nice, Ashely helped me sign the lease, she was professional and patient (Answering my endless questions), and Sandy helped me move in on the black Friday afternoon, didn’t expect that. The maintenance is fast so far, they get my gas stove repaired with after 2 or 3 hours requested. The experience is pretty good so far.

I lived here for over a year and moved out in June 2023. I moved into a new unit, and while things were seemingly nice, you could tell the construction of the apartment was quickly done, with poor installations and finishes scattered throughout. The real problem is on move out. Highwater/Greystar management has never really been responsive in my experience; I've left them over a dozen unanswered calls/messages, and even when I reach a person instead of a voicemail inbox, those messages are never followed up on. I've been in an ongoing email chain from July, 1 2023 regarding my security deposit that has still yet to be resolved more than half a year later. I'm being charged for things that I find unreasonable, especially since I noted these problems on my move-in inspection form. The person who has been assigned my case regularly ghosts me for months at a time with no updates, and seems to not understand the nature of my dispute at all. She keeps trying to close my case by asserting something that I've already proven to not be true in a prior email, and then will take weeks to acknowledge the fact. Most recently, she's tried to increase the amount I'm due to pay, which makes no logical sense at all. This has been the longest, most drawn-out process I've ever been involved in, and it's honestly the most annoying feeling every month or so when I remember this problem still exists.

Amazing and beautiful place. Close to a lot of great restaurants and shops. Grounds were clean and well maintained. Pool on the 8h floor is not only peaceful but has a beautiful view. Bbq lounge area on the top floor is spectacular. It's secure and plenty of help if you do get locked out. Love that it's dog/pet friendly from small to big. With a nice area for them handle things. Gym is up to date with up to date equipment.

Leasing office was by far the best I've seen yet. They are kind and caring of the residents, and turnaround time for service requests were very quick. Shout out to Ashley for helping me out in setting a new place here.

Joe was quick to respond to my service request and was in and out quickly fixing all of service items. I appreciate how on top of it they are. It makes living here more enjoyable knowing that if something breaks, there is always someone to help.
