We have a new go-to spot when driving through San Fran! We were able to get a room at a great rate, last minute. This awesome spot was just remodeled and looks great. Everything was clean and tidy. Perfect for a quick trip. Management was quick to respond and very kind and professional - even with our awkward traveling schedule. We will absolutely be back for future trips.

The owner was so polite and did not bother us at all privacy is important and safety, they had staff on site preventing crime or break ins or typical worries it felt like a group of friends whom owned this place and all were close and good positive people especially the young man Nathan, he was very well spoken and helpful as I am shy at times. He made us comfortable knowing he and Vitto were outside talking ensured we were well protected and by decent looking friendly men just there to ensure everyone has their privacy and nothing to worry about it was very personable and i will stay there again and hope to see both Nathan and Vitto they were so different yet so respectful i smiled passing them and They smiled back and it made me feel very good much different than other places in this area... I was able to not worry and rest and even thought of them as the type of men I dont run into often but they seemed business oriented i didnt dare flirt but i wish one of them hinted two girls two rooms two guys ... maybe its crazy but i didnt want to flirt and see. Next time i will if they are there those two were cuteys.. hotel was best stay in redwood ive ever had brand. New quite clean nice parking nice staff and nobody bothering you. WOULD RECOMMEND as top hotel in redwood city after this weeks stay.

The ad says kitchen.? No just a mini fridge. One bed room. It's pretty big for a one bed. Allot of space, area looks shady. Will see how it goes tonight, as I travel for work, and, hopefully I can use them, to bad the prices aren't good, only one I could find on the area that wasn't booked . After staying a night I down graded this to a two. The toilet didn't flush correctly, hot water took forever. We took the first floor because there is no elevator to the second and the narrow stairs are outside with a landing and second flight of stairs. But on the first you still have 4-5 steps to go up. But what's worse is you can hear every single darn thing from the upstairs guest.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was under construction when we stayed there, Building a new office. Rooms were adequate but dirty. Sheets didn't fit the bed and comforter was old and warn. Among other things there were no hot water in our room. Staff offered to let us use another room shower. Safe to say I will never stay there agian.

It's under construction. The room was very very bright! There was a flood light glaring straight into the room. How you expect to sleep good when it's like daylight outside...the wood blind covers did NOT block all the light! They looked pretty but not key in blocking the construction light or whatever darn bright light it was. Gps had us a bit wacky way to get there as well. The trains and noise were ok. Overall very quiet. The price was good for the area and close to airport which was the next stop the next day. Might consider again when construction is complete. They appear to have a long way to go and if we had an updated room....it needs more work.

The pictures speak for me. Drove 3 hours to be completely ignored. Very disappointed especially after I was so communicative and got a no problem confirmation.

Newly remodeled rooms. Tight parking spaces. Location is okay but not conveniently located near a restaurant or anything else. Price is reasonable for the area.

Cheap, no thrills hotel. Undergoing a remodel. Rooms were nice but bare bones. Hard to find anyone at the reception desk to check in or out.

The service was very kind. The hotel office is in the process of renovations so finding the office was hard. The location is easy to find using GPS. The room needed a little work but I am going to say it was part of the renovation plan. The bathroom was clean like the room but the carpet needed cleaning. The room was quiet and you couldn't really hear the nearby trains. The bed was comfortable not overly hard like some major chains. The hotel is also situated near food. Overall I would stay there again in the future. Honestly not bad for a cheap hotel in Redwood City.

I stayed at the deluxe inn for one night several months ago The location was good but I had issues with cleanliness of the room among other things. Because of that I was offered a one free night. Today I stopped in to inquire about my one free night and was told to go away. It was a older gentleman that was so rude!! He kept saying no free room. I tried to e,plain someone already looked up my name and confirmed I had one free night available. This man walked away from me and closed the door. I said really that's rude! That's why I have a credit for free night. This is how you treat me. Then he comes outside and watches me sit in my car. I'm not saying it's racist but I know its not right. While I'm sitting in my car on my phone the police drive by twice. Could be coincidence bit I doubt it. Because a few minutes later a guy pulls up looks at me and then park at the corner. He moved from the driver sear to the passenger seat. Sou d crazy right. Well I watched him adjust the mirror and we made eye contact. I don't call the race card but Really? If you're not of color I'm sure you'll have a better experience than I did. Remember this is my second experience with this place. Good luck!

Quite ok for the location and price. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's not a Hampton or Double Tree, but you'd pay 3-4 times as much. Their renovation is progressing, the rooms are clean. Yes, I'd return or suggest to someone who wants a nice room in a decent neighborhood at a reasonable price!

They could not find my Dad’s reservation that he booked in advance, which happens and I understand but guy at front desk handled it very badly and was very rude and aggressive about it. Had my dad waiting outside for 3 hours late at night. Did not get resolved. My dad was very upset by how cruel the man was to him. Should not be in service with an attitude like that.

Booked online via expedia, as I arrived the older gent had an issue with finding my booking. He said i did not have a reservation here and I showed him my paperwork. The son came and found my booking (i already paid in advance). Once that was settled, I got the furthest room away from the railway tracks which was good as the trains run all day and i could not hear them much. Rooms are basic with direct tv, an iron and board, old hairdryer, shower/toilet/bath and a comfy bed. Limited parking and rooms are cleaned daily.
