I do not typically post negative reviews, and it saddens me to post this after having been a customer of this deli for almost my entire life. I thought the sandwiches took a bit of a hit when ownership changed a few years ago, but no matter, I continued to go. Yesterday, I went in to pick up an order for two sandwiches my wife had made by phone. The order was lost. That's fine, it happens. I ordered the two sandwiches once more. The gentleman who helped me, taller and older than the rest of the employees, took my order and returned with one sandwich. I said that there were two sandwiches in the order, not one, and he turned his back on me, dramatically flung the sandwich in the garbage, and walked away. Even if I was dead wrong in every respect here, which I was not, this is exactly how you lose a nearly 40-year customer that formerly had a lot of nostalgia for this deli.

I haven't ordered from here since it was Woodside deli. I've been on a hot pastrami sandwich kick recently so Colombo's was next up on my list. I was pleasantly surprised at the price point and the online ordering was fast and easy. Tasty sandwich!

Long wait for sandwiches and they didn’t even get the order right. 45 minutes for 3 basic sandwiches and the place was basically empty. The worst part is you could see the employees making it and there was so little effort it was almost like they were trying to go slow. On top of all that, the bread was stale and soggy. Save your money and go someplace else.

Nice place, excellent sandwiches but service is sooooo slow. Maybe they want you to look around and purchase more items. Otherwise a positive slightly expensive treat.

Solid sandwiches that get the job done. I got a veggie sandwich on a sourdough loaf. If you like peppers get the jalapeño spread. I suggest grabbing a sandwich and some sides or cookies and and heading to one of the many beaches in Pacifica. It was slow post order to receive our three sandwiches. Be sure to factor that in as you’re planning your day.

I ordered the roast beef pinnanni and it was the worst sandwich I have ever had here the meat was hot but it had no flavor and the bread they used was stale and dry

It’s great when they actually have what want but poor management causes them to run out of everything all the time
