Tried this place for the first time! i have got say i was impressed! They give huge portions at this place i ordered lamb with chicken over rice with a side of salad, love the vinaigrette they put on the salad, & the hummus! is to die for! super good! the guy behind the cash register asked me if i wanted it mild or spicy i said Spicy! they grilled a whole Jalapeño! even though it wasn’t spicy enough for me, the sauces they have which you could get as much as you want made it up! They had a green sauce which i really like, a orange looking sauce, & a red sauce! be super careful with the Red Sauce, its super spicy! i made the mistake of putting too much of it on my plate. I will be definitely coming back to this place for Mediterranean food, whenever i’m craving it! oh they give you a whole pita too! goes really well with the humus they give as a side on your plate! i have gone to Halal Guys & been saying all along thats its the best place for Mediterranean food, i was wrong! This place is my number one place to go know!

This place is not just delicious and super clean, their Hummus is heavenly! I highly recommend their Shawarma and Tabouleh too.

Beautiful food, family run - and it shows! Very friendly and very authentic food. This was a completely random find for us, as we were visiting the area, and a very enjoyable suprise. You need to open up another shop in our street, because you're too far away! 🤣

Falafel Tazah has 2 locations now - Redwood Shores and San Carlos. I love their shawarma, kabab and classic vegetarian options like falafel and humus in a pita. All the food is fresh. There are a few tables outside - I usually do take out. Have been a fan for years.

Food OK, but packaging excessive. They had a hard time understanding that ordering "for here" meant I didn't want everything in multiple layers of pointless and wasteful plastic. Location uninspiring, but +1 star for decent outdoor seating.

Best falafel I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot. Delightful crunch on the outside. But EAT IT FRESH! Once it’s in a container for a few minutes the falafel balls loose their crispy exterior.

Pretty tasty place, but prices have shot up for phone pickup orders without explanation. The $12.75 mixed shawarma rice plate is $17.25 if you call ahead. Why? I saw the menu sign in the store still showed the $12.75, which is still a bit steep for what's essentially a rice bowl burrito, available next door at Chipotle for $12. The food is good, but don't ever call in for pickup or they will charge you extra. Only order at the counter, they will increase the price to match Grubhub pricing if you order over the phone for pickup. After tax and tip it's $20 for lunch without a beverage. Maybe that's just the way prices are headed, but some consistency between phone pickup and in person ordering is in order. I can't really excuse a price increase that is bypassed by simply standing around in the store for 5 additional minutes.

I feel compelled to share my encounter, as it greatly impacted my dining experience. Upon entering the restaurant, I encountered an unprofessional lady who, instead of providing a warm welcome, proceeded to yell at me in front of other team members and patrons. This incident occurred because I accidentally cut the line without knowing that one of my team members went to grab a drink. She didn't even bother to tell me that. The lady's behavior was completely uncalled for and unbecoming of a hospitality professional. Not only did her outburst make me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable, but it also created an unpleasant atmosphere for everyone present. Despite the inappropriate display, what truly shocked me was the complete absence of an apology or any attempt to rectify the situation. This incident had a significant negative impact on my overall dining experience. It became challenging to enjoy the meal or appreciate the otherwise pleasant ambiance due to the lingering discomfort caused by the lady's unprofessional behavior. While I understand that occasional mishaps can occur, it is imperative for businesses to handle such situations appropriately and ensure that guests are treated with respect and courtesy. In this case, the lack of accountability and failure to address the issue leaves me deeply disappointed. As a suggestion for improvement, I encourage to invest in thorough employee training programs that emphasize the importance of professional conduct and effective conflict resolution. By providing comprehensive guidance and support to the staff, such incidents can be minimized, if not eliminated entirely. In conclusion, I urge to address this incident seriously and take steps to ensure that all guests receive the respectful and welcoming service they deserve. It is my hope that by sharing this feedback, the management will take appropriate action to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.

Tasty and reasonably priced falafels and kebab / shawarma - chicken / beef / lamb. Wide variety and vegetarian options too.

Delicious food and amazing people. After I ordered some food for takeout, I realized I didn't have my credit card with me, the Palestinian lady who seemed to be the owner told me I could still get my food and pay for it later whenever I am back in the area which was so nice of her. Will definitely go back for their delicious food and their hospitality.

Food is ok. Not great, just ok. I've ordered there a few times and they messed up my orders 50% of the time.

I stop here about once a week after I pick up groceries from NH. It's become a ritual of sorts. And I order the same thing: veggie combo. It's so delicious. It's fresh ingredients, consistently put together, and has so much flavor. I''m not even vegetarian. My girlfriend ordered it when I got a shawarma wrap (also very good) and I felt kinda order shamed.

I've been coming here regularly over the years. I can safely say that this is one of the best places for mediterranean food in the bay. You won't go wrong here!

Extensive menu and very courteous service! Clean, fresh, essentially everything you can hope for in a quality local business. I had the combo lunch a bowl with very generous portions! Could have easily made two meals out of it for around $10! With falafel being in the name of the restaurant, I got a few of those to go along. The meat could have been a slight bit juicier in the combo, so maybe extra sauce or something as a suggestion? Excellent all around.
