UNSAFE WORKING CONDITIONS FOR EMPLOYEES I love coming to this Wingstop it has to be one of my favorite locations for wings. However I went in today and as you guys know we have been going through a heat wave this week, currently it's 91°f outside. When walking in to the store it was hot inside as well. The employees had NO AC and when asked why their ac was not on they said since it's Labor day it was no programed to be on that day. I asked to speak to the manager so they could possibly open the thermostat since it was LOCKED. Unfortunately the manager was not in and an employee did mention he spoke to him about turning the AC on but said no. I would not be surprised if one of their employees gets heat stroke due to their environment. I feel bad for the employees that have to work today in those conditions.

Pre ordered my food and it was delicious, and perfect. Kudos to friendly staff.

Very disappointed today. Spent 20 mins in front of the cashier and nobody greet me. The worst customer experience ever. I decided to leave in the end and went to another restaurant. Will never come back here.

Good experience this location is my favorite wings are always fresh the flavors of the wings are delicious thank you.

I'm on board with other reviews here: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ordered online in my car and waited for my order to be ready. Came inside the store and ended up standing in front of the cash register for about 5 minutes while a line built up behind me and was never even greeted by the workers. I finally spoke up. Had to say excuse me three times in increasing volume. My order was just sitting there on the rack getting cold. Next up the food. Tried out their chicken sandwich and it was just a piece of chicken slapped in between two buns with three pickles stacked on top of each other inside. Louisiana sauce was a bit much. Actually the sauce on all of them seemed to be a little oversaturated.

Nice selection of flavours. Love how you can order online and pay when you pickup, makes things a lot faster. There's also something they do to their fried that makes them tastes really good.. sugar?

Surprisingly oily and greasy. Unlike any other Wing Stop I have visited. Fries were warm, limp and soggy. Very unhappy.

Food is good but the staff could use additional training when taking food orders. I’ll change my rating when they learn to break the broken english and stop addressing Cynthia as Sofia. 🙄

Very bad experience. Ordered in person and drove home to find part of the Oder missing. My dad called for a refund and was told that half would be refunded by the manager. Drove to the place just to be told that they where not gonna refund anything.

Excellent food. Not quite like Buffalo NY chicken wings, but were really good

I looooove wingstop soooo yummy. Lemon pepper, original hot, and Louisiana rub are very delicious!

Food is good, but prices are a little high for what you get.

Atmosphere was great. Dining Room was freezing cold but it was unusually cold and raining so giving a break. Stop in for great food

The service was friendly, and the food was spicy and delicious!

The lady who took out order was very nice
