If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. Dr Garnica was wonderful and cared about his patients. Now that he is no longer with us, I urge you all to find a Dr that cares. Dr S. Tang stepped in, she had no compassion. I have been dealing with chronic pain since 2014. Dr S. Tang basically blew my symptoms off. I need a medical chair for my job, she told me to just use a pillow to sit on. What kind of doctor does that? It's not like they have to pay for that, my insurance wouldn't have to cover the chair. It would be provided by my employer.UGH!!! Don't doctors take an oath to help people who are infirmed and have health issues?

I hate this place, I had to wait a few weeks for an appointment so I can wait 3 hours at the office and didn't even get to see the doctor because I had a class to teach. Staff was friendly but you shouldn't have to wait that long to be seen for a referral to see another doctor that would take less than 5 mins and while waiting in the back rooms I could hear people who came after I did leave before I did. this places reputation for efficiency is poor and apparently plenty of people have had bad experiences with them something needs to change there I myself will not be returning and I will be filing a complaint with my insurance to make sure they don't get paid for the visit.Step your game up Shaw walk in!

****I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD****** I was never fully satisfied with this clinic. There were long wait times and it just seemed like a poorly kept property. With no other options given through my insurance, I was just glad that I had at least a decent doctor and the staff was always very polite. HOWEVER, with the new Doctor, I believe her name is Veronica (we were never formally introduced), I have seen her twice and have been forced to switch my insurance, she is that intolerable. She has provided very poor care for my two children and I. It came down to her scolding me for me speaking with one of the nurses in regards to the poor treatment she had been giving us. At one of the two visits we had seen her for, after waiting for a total of 4 hours, she finally came in, prescriptions in hand ready to discharge us. She had no questions for us, no kind of evaluation, just ready to send us home without any kind of treatment (besides a handful of prescriptions that I didn't even need). That was the last straw. She lacks in profressionalis, and is just there to collect a paycheck, you can tell she doesn't care for her job. She's terrible. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS VERONICA IS FIRED. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

The office Manager had NO consideration for anyone's time. Cram as many people in as they could resulting in 2 hour post appointment time waits. This is typical of these types of clinics. I wish someone in government would take a look at the way these clinics are run. The "Standard of Care" is poor in these places and they are still able to collect a premium from the insurance companies. If you go to these places with anything other than a boo boo don't expect much help.

By far the worst clinic I have ever visited. Wait times are extremely lengthy, usually waiting for 2-3 hours, sometimes 5, even with the waiting room almost empty. Doctor usually lets off an impatient attitude as well. Definitely moving to another place

I’ve been going to them for years but after the practice changed hands it hasn’t been the same. The doctors are good, when they’re there. Apparently, they change Dr’s like they change masks and the staff use to be very helpful and friendly but apparently that has changed as well. These types of facilities are there to help people, not make it more difficult for them. Very disappointed.

---- NEGATIVE 100 I am in disbelief! I spoke to JESSICA today 5/26/22 @11:50 am, who handles all authorization and referrals. My mother was newly diagnosed with STAGE 2 CANCER and needs to see an ENT ASAP. The ENT Jessica referred out back in March 2022 (which JESSICA did not follow up on) does not take Fresno patients and they have no referral because I called to check status. However there is NO ENT in Fresno that takes her insurance. I stressed the importance of the situation with JESSICA and her response was .... she literally counted outloud how many patients was in line for modification and replied, " I have 12 patients ahead of your mom." I then replied back EVEN THOUGH SHE HAS CANCER?! JESSICA then said, "yes I have A LOT Of patients with cancer I'm doing modification for." And asked that I can followup in 1 week. *** NOW I'M LIVID! Unprofessional, lack of work ethics!*** Mind you I work in a CANCER CENTER! Smh... Someone needs training (JESSICA) can you imagine your family going through this and this is the response you get... smh... IF I HADN'T FOLLOWED UP WITH THE REFERRAL TO VISALIA ENT TO FIND OUT SHE WASN'T GOING TO BE SEEN... SMH IM SURE JESSICA DOESN'T FOLLOW UP.. PATIENT CARE AT ITS WORST! I NEED TO CHANGE INSURANCE!

Never ever go here!!!! It's seriously gross looking, plus the staff is awfully rude and unprofessional. I was clenching my daughter the hole time it was that bad. This clinic is a scam!!! It looks like an abandoned clinic from a horror film! I went for a TB skin test and they charged me $150! I had to wait 3 hours just to get it and 45 mins 2 days later for them to read the results. I called to see why it was so expensive and the billing clerk was super rude and obnoxious. I will never ever go here again. Save your money and go with your doctor it usually $20-$30. Guess I had to learn the hard way.

I don’t want to talk negative about this Medical Center. But if you have a severe health issue. Please go to your local emergency or urgent care.

Terrible service here. The receptionist Ms. Garcia, I believe was her name. Rudest receptionist I’ve even come across. So disrespectful and inconsiderate.

Great doctor and staff. Dr Sicka is listens to our concerns and questions and is very patient with my mother. Wait times are reasonable now. Would recommend

Horrible Place. If They know Your Paying Out Of Pocket They Over Charge You. I Went On 8/11 They Charge 145$ For EKG, Physical And Medical Clearance For Surgery Which Was Good. I Came Back 11/4 For The Same Thing They Tried To Charge Me 300$. I Left And Went Some where That Was 170$. Also I Went There 11/1 For Them Just To Poke My Finger To Check My Hemoglobin They Wanted To Charge Me 125$. I Would Never Go There Again Horrible Service The Doctors Are Very Nice Even though Front Desk Is HORRIBLE.
