Hands down the best urgent care in town. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient and the short wait times are unmatched! Dr Kerr is the kindest and most compassionate doctor I’ve ever dealt with. He truly listens to your concerns and it is obvious he cares about his patients. I wish he would open his own practice so he could be our family’s primary doctor. :) Can’t recommend Premium Urgent Care enough!

I love to bring my family here when we are in need of urgent care. We are usually in and out within and hour or less with or without an appointment. Prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy quickly. The facility is clean and the staff members are pleasant.

Dr Kerr was amazing! I was seen promptly and he did everything in his power to put my mind at ease during the visit. I was treated like a long time patient, not a just a random walk in. I highly recommend visiting Dr Kerr if you happen to be in need.

I love to come to Premium urgent care. Dr.Kerr is very reliable he does his best to get you in and out. His staff is excellent. I would not go to any other Urgent Care. I bring my son here to see Dr. Kerr and I don’t have any problems. My son is comfortable seeing him and so am I. 5 Stars without a doubt. I do recommend him to family and friends.

This is my second time here and have always left satisfied. The ladies at the front are always welcoming and Dr. Kerr was great at treating my illness today. Came in feeling like my chest was caving in, and Dr. Kerr took his time treating me and diagnosing with me the right medication. Today was the first time I was able to breathe normally and my chest wasn’t so tight. I am very grateful for todays visit! Thank you Dr. Kerr and the staff!

Both of my experiences in this office have been great. Very clean facility. Checked in online before even arriving to their walk-in clinic. They told me, once i walked through the door, that they'd already put my chart in the back for the doctor to review. I sat in the waiting room between 5-10minutes max, and was called back to see the doctor. The doctor was very kind and polite, and addressed all of my concerns. Would highly recommend visiting this urgent care clinic!

I brought my son in to this Urgent Care facility to have his eye checked. The staff were friendly and professional. Our wait time was minimal. Dr. Kerr was fantastic with my son and put him at ease immediately. It was a a very good experience all around. We will definitely be back when the need arises.

My daughter and I have seen Dr. Kerr several times throughout the year and he is efficient and courteous. It has been much easier to get into premium urgent care than it has been to get in with our primary care doctor. The staff is also very welcoming!

I can't express enough gratitude about my appointment with Dr. Kerr today. He was kind, considerate, and genuinely concerned with my situation. He will now be my first choice when needing a physician. I'd also like to mention, nurse Enrique was wonderful. He told me what he would be doing and always asked if I was feeling okay. This urgent care is on point!!!! Well maintained friendly receptionists and very fast care litterly took about 25-30 minutes !!!! Dr Kerr was by far the best! Good sense of humor, attentive to his patients!!! One of the quickest walk ins I’ve took my kids to! Left with no concerns at all.. most definitely recommend

I had taken both my girls here for care and every time I was pleased with their service. Its not a long wait and they show that they care about their patients. One of my daughters has a disability and when I can't get her into her regular doctor this is my go to place. Definitely will return in the future. I even referred my parents there and they liked it.

My first time at this facility. I was very impressed with the Staff who helped me register. It was very quick. Got seen soon. Dr Kerr came in right away and diagnosed me immediately. Sent over the prescriptions, i was very pleased with the care I received and the service. I will use it again.

My daughter's Pediatrician was not available and Premium Urgent care on Milburn was close to my house and insurance covered this office. Office was clean and registration was online. I went in scanned a code and did everything on my phone. It took less than 10 minutes. After registration, my daughter was seen within 5 minutes. The MA was friendly and Dr. Kerr was great with my daughter even though he is not a Pediatrician. He made her feel at ease by asking her questions. He answered my concerns. Very and prompt Dr. Thank you for a good visit with my daughter.

It’s our first time to come to this urgent care. The staff is nice and polite. The physician, Dr. Kerr is awesome. He is very accommodating, attentive, and talks in a way that made my sick daughter feels comfortable. My daughter said, “He’s a cool doctor.” We’ll definitely recommend this place.

Few years ago, their service was decent and fast service. That's why I decided to go there again. However, they went down the drain. Wait time is long. Very unprofessional. Definitely needs to work on their communication skills. Staff are not cleared about their timing at all. I went there for a TB shot, had to wait over an hour to be seen and there wasn't that many patients. After my shot, they gave me a note to return after Friday and before Saturday. They didn't write a return time and just told me verbally about the date written. I went back to get my reading and was told that I had to return an hour later because my reading was done at a later time. I wasn't notify about this! Such a waste of time!! So after an hour of waiting, I went back to get my skin checked. I came out with my note, got in my car, pulling out of the parking, and started driving off, but I heard the receptionist yelling and signaling me to stop. As I stopped, she told me she forgot to signed and dated my form. She took the paper from me and stand outside my car as she used the side of my vehicle to finish filling out the form. Her presence scared my baby and my baby started crying. I asked the receptionist why the expiration date lasted a year only and from past experience, it was supposed to good for 4 years. She cut me off and said no. This whole experience was very unprofessional. I'm so disappointed to see how much they lack in performance over the years. This will be the last time that I'm coming to this urgent care.

Always quick service with a smile. You have the convenience of filling out your medical forms online which we usually do before heading to their office. By the time we arrive, we have a 5-minute wait to be seen. They always provide service with a smile, that means the entire staff, from the moment you walk in, to the nurse taking your vitals and the Dr when you're seen. All 4 of my kids and myself have needed to see Dr. Kerr for situations where our regular physicians can't/won't fit us in. He always takes his time to answer our questions and explain what's going on and what our treatment is.

I can honestly say, this has been one of the BEST experiences at an urgent care ever. I left another Urgent care 2 hrs. later waiting in my car for Covid test that was never give. I felt very sick while waiting in my car so, I left that urgent care. I’m so glad that I left to get the fast and best treatment at your urgent care. The front test was fast and friendly, the nurse that helped me in the room was awesome and Dr. Kerr was the best! He was very professional, friendly and listened to me as I spoke of my health issues. When one doesn’t feel good having to not wait long is a BIG plus. I will continue to go to this urgent care and highly recommend it to others. Thank you to all for the great experience! Absolutely wonderful office and even better doctor. Dr. Kerr took his time to listen to my issues, and then clearly explained his treatment plan. As a plus, he is personable, easy to talk with, and nice. These are not common characteristics seen in many doctors today.

We came here because my wife was having massive dizziness and almost passing out. She had had allergies before and it has been nothing like this. When we went in the doctor shrugged it off and told her to take allergy medicine when we said that he wasn’t treating the issue he slammed the door and stormed out. The PA told us to get a second opinion immediately because her ears were so inflamed and the doctor said nothing was wrong. We went to a different urgent care to get a second opinion and they are now having us get a CT scan and say it’s a inner ear infection and that we now need to go to the emergency room because of the severity. Do not come here you are better off going somewhere else. Instead of getting treated like trash by the doctors here. The doctor didn’t even try to diagnose anything. Pure negligence.

Great, fast service! The doctor was very informative and professional. He actually remembered my son from his last visit which was a couple of years ago, down to the reason why we were seen. He always makes it a point to connect with the patient, and provide the teaching that is necessary. Anytime we need urgent care, I don’t think twice about where to go. I definitely recommend this place.
