I stayed here because my air conditioner went out at home. Pleasantly surprised, very nice room, pet friendly, very reasonable in price. Nice pool. This is a hidden gem. Kind of wish my air would go out more often, no I don't. If your in the area and needing a room, give this place a try. You won't be disappointed

Staff was very friendly and the bed very comfortable. Nice hotel and the price is awesome. Close by fast food restaurants and other places. Doordash is also able to deliver to here and they even have a laundry room a few doors down with water bottles in beverages. It's very clean and well managed I highly recommend this place.

Very convenient location for Reedly and being next to the restaurant, Stayed here 3 times now over the last 2 years or so for work and it's stayed about the same but prices aren't bad and the front desk is always helpful even when I left a shirt in the room and they had held onto it for me to pickup later. The pool has odd hours a bit though but I didn't swim. Rooms always smelled of that like commercial lemon cleaner smell but the beds were comfy and the rooms are of a good size so your not cramped. TV doesn't have a guide though so you just gatta guess at the channels. I will continue to come here whenever needed for work in the future though. 👍

Great place to stay. Clean, beautifully decorated, super comfortable bed, memory foam pillows, very soft blanket, small fridge, coffee maker in room, nice toaletries, super soft and nice towels. Overall, absolutely recommend this place to everyone. It's off the main highway but we had time and we were so glad that we decided to pick this place. I think it's family run so they really make their business to make it super comfortable. Will stay there again.

Overall it’s a decent place. Not the cleanest. They booked our room to someone else and on our second day of staying there had a man walk in while my children and I were in bed. Very upset and was a scary experience. Front desk advised me they were working on this and the manager would give me a callback to speak about compensation and that they were sorry since it was her first week on the job. Also was advised they would deactivate the keys from the other person. Okay great but then….. came back to the motel in the middle of a storm and both my keys were deactivated. Luckily there was a nighttime worker to open the door for us but the whole time he just thought it was so funny. It’s a sketchy area. It was raining and thundering.. not fun being locked out .Day of checkout asked manager if there was any way we could have some type of compensation. Manager stated she would need to speak with owner but doubts he would do anything since having someone go to our room was such an honest mistake because the man stays with them a lot. She continues to use that line “ honest mistake”. I called back later to check in and was told I would receive a call back to speak about compensation. It’s over a week later and no one ever reached back out . Would not stay here again. While there were other things I shrugged off these two Situations were upsetting…

Cheap Motel, but cheap shouldn’t be equal to dirty… there was a chewed chewing gum lying on the air conditioning, false lashes from the guest before us on the chair, plastic trash at the floor and cockroaches on floor and in the sink/shower, price tag from the guest before us under the bedcover… shower won’t work, no breakfast although it’s said on the Homepage and little bugs in the sink... I would have given 0 stars but it’s impossible so it’s 1 star… I never ever had a motel as dirty as this one is… hope to survive the night .. never ever again!! Only thing that stays positive in my mind: the front desk was very very friendly…

We've been staying here for about 2 weeks due to some family problems and our stay has been really lovely. The staff including the maids are really nice. Definitely recommend.

We really liked this place. Stayed one night after a long drive. Room was clean, spacious and bed comfortably. It's in a quite area and we didn't hear any other guest.

I have never stayed here but my friends have and they give it 5 star rates. Every time I've gone to visit they the staff has always been kind, courteous, and helpful. Thank be you Edge Water Inn.

Place looks like a regular hotel nothing too fancy. Prices are ok. But when I got the room it completely smelled like Marijuana. There was no way I was going to stay there. Plus they were booked. Went elsewhere after paying for the room. Next day came back and the lady Instead of making sure Customer was satisfied was more worried about making more money and asked why I didn't return the key so they could have rented room to someone else. Total lack of disrespect. Then didn't offer anything and sent me on my way. I would give a "0" if it was possible. Never got a return phone call or anything. Location was no good. I would try another hotel and drive into Reedley! Locals would tell you the same!!!

Our work keeps us going from 1 place to another constantly so we rent a lot of rooms. This place was a better experience than a casino we stayed at. The service and care here is a 10/10. They are very polite, the rooms are nice and the pool is ACTUALLY open!!! Since covid we have a hard time finding open pools. They also have a BBQ area with quite a few tables around. And the grounds have roses everywhere that smell absolutely amazing. We will stay here everytime we come to the area for work for sure!

Good place to stop for the night Coffee making and microwave in the room that was clean and comfortable.

Very nice remodeled hotel, very clean, quiet, reasonable price, friendly staff.

It's clean, has a/c and the front desk is really nice but the WiFi is pretty bad and TV reception isn't that great; picture not clear and limited channels.

Staff was friendly enough, although the lobby was closed at 3:00 pm, maybe COVID roll over? Seemed a bit odd. Bed wasn't horrible, no bugs, I checked as I always do. Room had random bits of different colored paint transfer, wall outlets would barely hold chargers. Did have a nice dual USB port Dual AC outlet next to the bed, but only on one side. They didn't charge extra for my dog which was nice, but had a bit of a back fire as another guests dog spent all night out side barking at my girl, myself and my girlfriend. Grew up here so confidant in saying, it's likely the best option in Reedley.

The staff was super helpful and friendly! Beds were very comfortable. Only downside, kept tripping on loose floor boards in my room

The rooms are EXCELLENT. Whoever chose the color scheme _nailed_ it (no sarcasm). Beds were firm, clean, and wonderful. The Inn is within short distance of several food vendors, which is very convenient. Staff were really swell. Con: remote control in room was busted and the cable signal was also busted. I would EASILY stay here again, when traveling.

This place is the best very clean if u want none smoking rooms get the ones upstairs they don’t stink at all great and amazing staff front office girls r very friendly love them all and let’s not forget the Suites they have an amazing suite with 2bedrooms with 3 beds 2 full size and 1 queen size very private as well u will not regret staying there I promise

When we arrived at check in, the lady at the desk acted like I was putting her out helping me! Then the keys she gave us didn't work and you'd swear it was going to kill her coming to help us open our door! The rooms need major updating! The fake, plank wood flooring was coming up in a whole lot of areas, and me and my hunny almost fell a few times. The bathroom shower was hard as heck to turn on, and the cleanliness is lacking BADLY. Only thing great was the proximity to the concert venue, The Wakehouse! That's all we cared about lol

It's a nice clean, quiet spot. We loved it because it's close to shoping centers, Restaurants and a small river that you walk to. I wish I had taken some pictures to add but it's a really nice hotel for the prics....

Stayed here for 2 weeks so I got to meet the whole staff. Literally had a maid walk in on us the second night because they didnt know it was booked. Unreal. Then they had a gas leak in the bathroom a horrible stench came from it so they had to switch rooms. Left a $20 tip for the mess my baby girl left on the floor and they still took my $50 deposit because they said i had left it too "messy". The front lady was very rude about it
