Horrible! Brought by brother to the ER due to him fainting, We drove up to a poor elderly man and his wife trying to pick him up in the middle of the parking lot! No one brought him a wheelchair, we came to help him up in another woman's walker that she had to pull out of the her parked car. A few minutes after the security guard and not even the nurses came out to help the poor elderly man and woman. That was a horrible experience about this hospital. Poor people come here to get helped because they don't know how to treat it. This industry is all about money the nurses don't even care about the patients. Just about how much they make... What happens to good people that just do it with a passion to help people.... What happens to this beautiful word... For shame Adventist health hospital in reddley. šŸ„ŗ

I was in a different care wing for recovery, mid Nov '22. The care I received was one of the best I've ever had. The nursing staff was exceptional. The drs were very distant though. I was not impressed with them. 5 questions average, and then they would leave. I didn't really need them, but I wanted to feel they cared. Physical therapy was excellent too. I pushed myself and lied about how difficult it was for me. It was hard and painful for me. And how long it took to recover from the sessions. I should have been more honest with them. But they get 5 stars too.

What a joke this place. Every time we've had to visit this Hospital it's the same frustration. We make an appointment, we show up to the appointment and we're not seen until almost an hour past the scheduled appointment. I'm not sure that the urgency of the patients is getting across the hospital staff. Let me guess, the other option is to stop by the emergency room where you're forced to pay an extra fee, at which point it's like paying to get on the "express lane". I challenge the Hospital Admins to review, consider and address your patients needs. You need to resolve your appointment procedures, and make the visits to this facility less frustrating please.

I took my daughter for food allergies and needed help, the nurse had an attitude first in the ER told the staff in front of me and my children he was mad already and was so mad I had my little baby in his way. Smh told me my daughter had stomach virus so I just walked out and went to the urgent care. Urgent care had to give my daughter 2 shots of an epipen and prednisone for her cause she had a whole rash on her back I didnā€™t know about and was low on oxygen. Dr told me she could of died if I waited another hr. Reedley thank you for not helping us. I hope ppl donā€™t go here. Unless they wish for mediocre help or death. Have a great day everyone seek help somewhere else šŸ«¶šŸ½

ER staff was very helpful. I was there a few hours but I felt the process moved along quickly considering all tests that were done. Good job!

My son broke his hip while visiting a local high school for a football game. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital where he sat for almost 12 hours. A x-ray was done and the technician interpreted a fracture but the doctor did not so they did a CT scan and the doctor informed us it was not broke and discharged my son telling him to walk it off. We decided to go to valley children's hospital for a second opinion it took 3 weeks to get an appointment but we weren't even there 15 minutes and they had done another X-ray and had the results showing a clear fracture on the growth plate. My son is a very skilled and serious athlete and the negligence of this hospital and it's providers jeopardize his future.

The hisopo tal sucked, I was in there for about 7 to 8 hours because rather then checking on me and providing with more fluid they let me be without them till 2 hours before I left. You can hear all the nurses gosling about their personal lifeā€™s all night and being confused on patients and room numbers. Call button was not provided for me. Doctor was taking his sweet time the nurse had to call him multiple times to come in. When I was goin from my ultra sound the doctor pulled the technician away and asked her to work on his friend right away before anyone else. It was ridiculous

This was my elderly mother's first visit to the Reedley facility. The receptionist was so sweet and observant. She offered a wheelchair to my mother, who was winded using her walker. The registration woman was truly kind and very fast in getting Mom registered. And the x-ray tech was also very sweet, and cared for Mom very thoughtfully and was very quick with the process, and then very kindly rolled my mother in the wheelchair out to our car. I am so VERY appreciative of all of them! Mom is too. And we'll both have no qualms in returning for tests again if ever needed!

I went in to confirm pregnancy because Iā€™m considered high risk and the staff was not kind and treated me like I was crazy. I had 4 positive home tests before going in. The provider told me the urine test was negative and since they are a hospital, their tests are correct and because the urine test was negative it was pointless to order a blood test. I then went to my primary doctor where they confirmed the pregnancy. I was considering delivering my baby at that hospital, but I now have zero trust in the staff there. I would rather deliver alone in the woods!

It was a nice experiance. The building is very impressive. The doctor was worth waiting 9 months to get in for appointment. She seemed to care. Although I'm having problems getting a call thur to candy regarding my prescriptions. They won't put my calls to her just takes a message and no one calls me back

Nurses and Doctors were very nice. The ER Doctor even tried to call my doctor to ask why he took me off my meds, which led to me going to ER. However, they didn't give me anything for pain.

Reedley ED nurses and the doctor:K who were taking care of me did a wonderful job. They did their job with love and efficiently, which shortened my time in ED. Actually I went to Clovis ER before I came to Reedley ER, Clovis ER was so crowded and long waiting time, this is why I picked Reedley. Reedley is the place for emergency and non emergency care, the doctors and nurses have rich experience. Some doctors are working in Madero as well, their bedside experience is sufficient to care Reedley patients. Thank you so much. Reedley ER staff.

Reedley er disappointed me so much. I was in so much pain and I felt like I was being judged for having taken phentermine in my system for weigh loss and to help get my cholesterol under control. Either way the nurses were very sympathetic, the moment the female dr walked in she was so forward, almost rude. Not sympathetic. And encouraged us to leave the er and go to another making me feel like she didnā€™t want too help figure out where my pain was coming from. I left to kaweah and they gave me a a shot of toridol that helped with the inflammation of my back due to Covid. Instead of them shooing me away that dr in kaweah really helped to and figure out what I needed. The dr in reedleys er needs some training in human compassion and Covid related research.

Our father went into the ER on July 28, 2023 at around 6:30 PM. My sister went to the hospital to be with our father was still waiting to be seen. At 9:30 PM, my sister requested our father to be seen as soon as possible. When he went in to a room at around 11:00 PM. My sister observed, 2 nurses flirting with an officer instead of attending to the patients. My dadā€˜s heart rate was 163 and severely dehydrated and nauseous. We have a sister who is a registered nurse and asked if any IV or medicationā€™s were administered. Nothing had been done.. if it was not for both our sisters, my father could have had a stroke or a heart attack and died . Everything is very unorganized and not very sanitary. I would not recommend anyone to go to the hospital. You could die while you wait to be treated.

One of the male nurse who's name I forgot was nice but the other male nurse was rude. He was acting like a know it all and basically made fun of me for taking my son in for diarrhea. He said diarrhea is good. I know it's good but not when my son has had it for a week. I didn't like doctor Carlos Francisco Bayardo. He didn't check my son at all and basically dismissed my concerns. This hospital is disgusting. It should be shut down. I don't recommend it to nobody. I wouldn't even recommend it to take your animals. You guys should be ashamed.

I've heard not so good things of this place but I found it very easy quick service. They were nice and told me and showed me where I had to go for my x-rays there. I shall return I found it very pleasant considering my broken hip which they handle me with Care.

This was my first experience at this office with Dr. Pam Hernandez. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Hernandez heard me out and answered all the questions myself and my husband had. I will be returning she was quick to refer me to a specialist and my lab work was done and I got the results back the same day. I want to thank everyone that helped me i definitely would recommend Dr. Hernandez and her staff.

My Mammogram Appointment started on time. Staff was helpful & pleasant. So the 5 stars goes to them at Oakhurst Adventist Imaging. On the other hand the difficulty in making the appointment was a HUGE hassle & gets 0 stars. Adventist needs to do something about this system for Central Valley appointments. Example: I waited 40 & 45 minutes on the phone with two different attempts, just to make my appointment. And thatā€™s calling mid week & early in morning. So I finally hung up.On a 3rd attempt to make an appointment I called in at 8:02am & answering service said call back in 10 minutes & theyā€™ll answer, I did. Then answering service said call back in 40 minutes & theyā€™ll answer. Finally I was able to speak with someone & made an appointment. Iā€™ve used this Adventist Lab near my home for many years for this annual exam. Last year I noticed the appointment attempt was getting to be as described but this year, just too much trouble. Next year I will use a different provider.

I am confused about why this review is for Adventist Health Reedley as I used the Adventist Health Rural Health Clinic in Fowler lab. The lab at Fowler was clean and organized. I showed up at 8 along with a few other people. The lab opened at about 8:10 (the sign stated that it opened at 8:15). I presented my documents and the receptionist was able to find my lab order. Within about 20 min of arrival, I was being walked back to get the lab drawn. I am an easy stick so I canā€™t really comment on the phlebotomist but my guess is that she is probably pretty good. Overall, I thought the experience went about as well as it can go. I also enjoyed being able to see the result the next day. It doesnā€™t always work like that.

The care provided to me was of an excellent timely manner. They were very cared and detailed with everything. Everyone who walked in to work with me introduced themselves and explained what their roll there was. I couldnā€™t have had any better care than the one I received last night. I am highly appreciative of all the support from the staff. Thank you all. Stay blessed and keep up the good work.

Please stay away. I know I shouldnā€™t write a negative review or say anything mean but I have to. I was seen fast, but I know my body and they told me it was anxiety and gave me Xanax. The next day my symptoms came back and I had to check in to another hospital. You pay so much money to go to the ER only to give me Xanax and be on your way. What a rip off. !!!

The nurse practitioner I saw was sweet this isnā€™t personal. I just donā€™t understand why doctors want you to keep coming back when youā€™ve already there and testing can be ordered right then and there. Why do I have to pay $50 deductible plus my 20 per out of pocket for another visit when labs can be ordered on my first visit. Itā€™s not personally costing the hospital anything Iā€™m the one paying. Why keep me coming back? I know the answer to this. But seriously mad that I even bothered to go in.

Horrible experience that I had today. I went in for an ultrasound because I was recommended by my OB. First of all the place was extremely hot and there was fans everywhere, but that didnā€™t even help! Also aren't we supposed to be conserving energy at the moment to avoid a blackout?! When I was called in for my ultrasound I was thrown off because there was going to be an intern in the room with me, a nurse, and the tech! When I went to Fresno community hospital I only had the tech with me and my husband. I wasnā€™t even asked before hand if I was comfortable with this. While I was getting the ultasound done I had the screen for the most part pulled away from me and the three other people in the room were able to see my baby rather than myself seeing my baby! I had to look forward a few times to indicate that I wanted to see my baby. While this was going on he didnā€™t bother to tell me how the baby was looking aside from his umbilical cord! At the end he asked me if I had any questions and I asked him how was my baby doing and he said that he couldnā€™t tell me! Meanwhile when I went to Fresno community the tech was able to tell me how my baby was doing! I find it insincere that he wasnā€™t able to tell me, because as an expecting mother you worry and overthink about the babies well being! I am super disappointed of how my feelings and worries about my baby were pushed to the side.

Went iafter a fall been waiting over5 hours cause their CT machine was down. Meanwhile I was in extreme pain for all of that time they need more staff to accommodate ER patients from 3 cities. Then there was no masks in the mask holder when I brought this this this to security guards attention I was told he just did was he was told apparently he couldn't get up, walk the 6 steps and restock the masks. He said he has some by the counter by then people have coughed everywhere. So after being in pain for 6 1/2 hrs I asked the nurse what was going on with CT their response was my back was broken which was a stupid response so I left still in pain and without me results.

It was packed, a lot of people and yet we got checked in quick and got seen fast. The nurses all attentive and checking up on you. Doctors were everywhere too checking up on their patients. Everyone working there made me feel comfortable and were nice and polite.

Fowler Location: Upon arriving, front desk said my doctor didnā€™t work on that day and also my appointment had been changed. Apparently, they did call my phone days before but DID NOT leave a message telling me my appointment had been changed. VERY frustrating to leave work for this appointment just to be told it had been changed. Other than this, location is new, clean, and doctor has been good so far.

Very disappointed about my experience at out patient imaging. Took 45 minutes to get registration completed. I was there for an hour just to get an X-ray. I even told them that I was an employee and provider and had patients starting in an hour. I was informed that one patient was ahead of me.

I broke my big toe in two places, and I didn't go to the hospital immediately. It was several weeks later that I finally went to the ER at Adventist Health in Reedley; following a suggestion from my primary physician. It was a Monday, later afternoon when I arrived. The Emergency Room was quite busy, but I was still seen in a timely manner. The triage nurse I spoke with initially was very friendly. I had an ultrasound on my leg to check for blood clots, and I also had several X-rays of my foot and toes. It's too bad I cannot remember their names, because the Ultrasound technician, and the X-ray technician, were both pleasant and professional, and they did a great job. Before being discharged, I required crutches and a splint for my foot. There was a wonderful nurse on shift who attended to splinting and wrapping my foot, and also taught me how to walk on the crutches. Her name was Graciela, or Gracie, and she was the best hospital staff person I've ever encountered - from Adventist Health in Reedley, or from Adventist Health in Selma, or any hospital I've been to in California for that matter. I am grateful for the services I received and for all of the staff at Adventist Health. I would say the quality of care I received was "Satisfactory." But the very friendly triage nurse, the ultrasound and X-ray techs, kicked that up a notch to "Very Good." And of course, Graciela made the quality of care I received, "Exceptional." (Apologies for not remembering everyone's name. The decision to write a review was somewhat spontaneous, and if it had occured to me while I was at the hospital, I would've taken care to note everyone's name.)
