    The office's of Omni Health Center have a real issue with all departments. When you call you are connected to the switch board that is located somewhere other than the actual office. The staff and telephone representatives of this company lack common sence, compassion, and the willingness to help patients. I'm a diebetic and had my suger level for several hours at 50 to 60 and all the help I got when I called to talk to the dr for emergency advice I was told to make an appointment but the closest one was in about 40 days. Now I wouldn't recommend this office even if the patient was on their death bed. if it was up to me I'd close all and I mean all your company's office's and hang all your staff out front to show the same amount of compassion that your company show their patients.

    Check in was nice and easy. Wait time was not long before I got called in. However when asked if there was any questions or concerns from Dr Varma, I asked about my baby's skin (I told her about his rash). She brushed me off. Asked me how often I put lotion on him. I said about every 3 days. She instructed me to just to apply lotion everyday due to dry weather right now. She did not look at his skin. She observed from 3-4 feet away. How would she even know what it is without looking at his skin. For a Dr, she's not very warm or inviting. I will give her the benefit of the doubt and assume that she sees too many patients or was tired that day. But I wasn't happy about her response to my concerns. I will look for a new Dr soon.

    They keep rescheduling my daughter's appointment. Which every time I walk in the lobby is empty. I haven't seen a doctor for the last 3 months. It's like they want me to go into the emergency room for something's small

    Went there today and drove all the way to Fresno to come see the specific doctor. Drove more then 30 minutes to this office just for the front desk tell me two different stories I couldn’t be seen because the provider doesn’t see new patients after a certain time after that the last with the blonde hair tells me that I couldn’t be seen because I was new patient and their system was down and that’s why they couldn’t see me. Long story short cx service here sucks and I do not recommend coming here

    Everything was on time and done smoothly. As I was on the phone with the doctor, the call drop and she called me back. That is a huge plus for me. If I was to rate it out of 10, it was definitely a 11.

    I called 2 days ago and scheduled an appointment for my son for a physical and to get some forms filed out for school. I spoke to a women at their call center and was scheduled for September 8th @ 9:30 with his pediatrician. I asked if maybe they had something sooner with another provider as I was needing to get the forms filled out as soon as possible. I was told she was the only pediatrician and that was the next soonest but I was told to call back Thursday or Friday to see if there were any cancellations.I called this morning and spoke to Josue at the call center just to find out that the appointment WAS NEVER MADE!! I confirmed again and again just to make sure they pulled up the right patient and Josue just said there was nothing on the schedule for him. NOW, I had to be schedule out until September 28th. At this point I’m just fed up with the fact that I called the first time waited on the phone for 30 mins just to have to get a call back because of their long wait time. Just to have to call back and be on hold again for another 30 mins to schedule an appointment and it NOT EVEN BE SCHEDULED! However, Josue was apologetic and I know it wasn’t his fault which is why I gave a 2 star rating. So dissatisfied.

    Dr. Matt was great. He listened to what i had to say and put in orders for blood work and ct scan which made me feel like he is doing the best he can to help me feel better.

    I’ve had only good experiences every time I take my kids to the Omni family health clinic in reedley on manning. My youngest son has bad tantrums and the nurses and doctors are so gentle and polite with him and are able to get him to listen and engage with them. They are real lifesavers especially one of the nurses Anna she is so patient and kind to my son. I always recommend any family and friends to Omni family Health.

    I’ve had good experiences with Omni but as of lately it seems there service seems lacking. I called the office to see if they had any openings for walk ins and I was told that there was. I drove 20 minutes just to be told that they weren’t taking walk ins and that I could schedule a phone call at 8:30 which I said was fine. I get the call from the doctor which went well, I was told I would be receiving an email with a note for work which I didn’t that day, so I waited an extra day. After multiple messages and no note to excuse my absence for work I decided to call once more. I was told I would have to pick up the note from any Omni location which I can’t since I work all day and all week. If you’re planning on walking in, don’t, just make an appointment because every time I walk in a mistake seems to happen. The doctors are good, the staff at times could cause confusion or miscommunication.

    This was by far our best Doctor visit experience yet! And it’s all thanks to Nurse Olivarez, she was exceptional with our son. Made him feel super comfortable and got down on his level to make everything more enjoyable and fun for him. He absolutely loved her, as did we. We have never had anyone show so much patience and care for how our 19 month old son felt. She is the image of what every Dr/Np should act like if they want to work with children. Overall amazing experience, will definitely be referring people as long as she is still around. Thank you.

    The staff is wonderful! The Dr. Is wonderful! Made me feel very comfortable. I was extremely nervous going to a new place, I am so glad I did. 100% better then Adventist health. They get back to you quick, keep you informed. Very happy to answer any questions, extremely knowledgeable. I am extremely satisfied with Omni Health Reedley.

    My appointment has been cancelled twice for no reason, and I always get rescheduled two months or so later . I suffered a pulmonary embolism and when I request an appointment it’s never not a serious matter . Sometimes the people who help with appointments scheduling are very rude and tell me the best they can do is to reschedule two months later for tele health meanwhile when I speaks to the Dr. Directly they manage to put me in their schedule within a week .

    Dr Verma always is responsive in hours, not days! The nurses/ma are so sweet, always know us, joke with kids and remember their preferences. Our family would be lost without our doctor/ pediatrician and omni Reedley Manning staff. Thanks for the care you have and continue to give our large family.

    Fast service very caring staff. Shelly PA was so attentive to my medical issue she listened to me and than proceeded with my medical care. The medical assistant Roxann was also, very professional and caring. I would recommend my family to Omni Healthcare in a heartbeat. Thank you

    They have been cancel my appointment several times for baby born. They have no empathy nor compassion for others times. We missed work on appointments scheduled for what ? They feel is good enough to called couple hrs before schedule appointment to cancel. Shelly Santoyo very unprofessional, irresponsible and disrespectful to cancel 4 times my new baby born vaccination appointment. Hopefully this help other parents not to trust your babies health to her because she doesn’t care what so ever. They don’t have any idea or they don’t even care to say less the things we have to do to miss work to take our babies to their appointments.
