Nice place to spend an afternoon with friends and family. Easy access, with lots of parking, right next to river. There are tables and seating to set up a picnic or BBQ. Lots of trees and grass to sit under next to sandy river beach. Pretty river views. Toilets where accessible, clean and tidy. The water was a little to cool for me, but was nice for a paddle and there were a few children swimming with their parents.

It's a beautiful river and beach the down side to this is that people are so dirty leaving their trash everywhere even though there are plenty of trash cans in the area

I love this place. People leaving their broken beer glass bottles not ok. Are you drinking fine, but just think of the kids who may have step in broken glass.

I'm so glad this place is finally open! It costs $5 to park on the weekends but it's free during the week. So far it's being kept very clean. The police patrol here so nobody gets too stupid. The water is still low but feels great! There's a lot of shallow area for the little kids to play in with smaller areas of deeper water for better swimmers. There are picnic tables and bathrooms and even a couple ice cream trucks. A great family outing area.

A nice place to stay in family, and you can do too much activities like kayaking, swim and take the Sun.

Damn It's Been Like 13years Since I Been Here Went With A Summer Camp I Really Enjoyed ! It was called Wellspring Academy Good Times Unfortunately It Closed Its Doors Fond Memories The Beach Was So Fun!!
