The first time the Drive Thru has asked me to park out front to wait for something like Tiny Tacos to finish cooking. If I wanted to sit and wait for my meal to be brought by a waiter, I would've went to an actual restaurant, instead of a "FAST FOOD" place.

Want to see how they gave me my food . Also I got home and just threw it away because the rest of the food was terrible. Also, they made me park in the front for about 20 minutes and once I got my food I just wanted to go home already. Just probably the worst 10 bucks I’ve ever wasted.

Paid almost $20 for a cold buttery jack combo and a milkshake. I was asked to park in the #1 drive thru waiting spot, after about 10 minutes got my awful food. Not sure what took so long they had two other customers waiting in the parking lot that were ahead of me. I was hoping to get freshly warmed fries and burger, nope. It was almost as cold as the tomato.

Waited 15 mins for my food wen I got it it was cold fries were old nd asked for ranch twice was told it was in the bag nd it wasn't

Worst jack in the box in the Central Valley!!! They always make you park and wait because according to them they are making everything “Fresh”. Then when I finally get my order food is not even hot, the order is wrong and coffee is Cold. Don’t even know how they are still open.

If you go through drive-through, be prepared to have to wait like 20 or 30 minutes they always make you park in the front and wait for your food no matter what time I go there even with nobody in line they always have tons of employees in the store, most of them just talking I always have a problem with my food. I call and let them now and then when I go back they say my name is it in the book every single time it sucks having to wait 20 minutes or more for your food to go home and your food be wrong or missing items Just be prepared when going to this Jack-in-the-Box it won’t be a drive-through quick pick up of food. You will be waiting a while.

Food and customer service have been great so far in this new location at Fowler. It's been a bit slow to get your order but it's a new spot so it'll get better for sure. 🙏

Service very slow and staff attitude so unprofessional don't even worse is not the first time and not the only costumers the have problems if something is missing with the order or ask for extra hot sauce right away staff gets mad. Day-time,night or might night we try to take out because when we eat inside they take for ever so we try to take-out but is the same even though there's not a lot of costumers and like I said if we complain to the managers at any shift all manager say I'm sorry. I'm glad I got this text so I could say something and I hope something could get done. Thank you...

Fix the damn speaker on your drive thru. Too damn quiet and I can’t hear anything for God’s sake. Food is good though :D

Never fails that i get some stale fries. They are either way overcooked or have been sitting there it seems like half the day .

Very nice and friendly! I usually go in the mornings for a breakfast jack and I always see the same sweet girl in drive-through isabelle always in a good mood!! 👍

It's a solid place especially when it the dead of the night, but then again it the only place open besides Carl's Jr. The Curly fries are easily the best thing on the menu. Though your experience heavily relies on the mood of the employees.

After waiting in the drive through, the guy in front of me signalled he wanted out, so i went ahead and parked and went inside. The service was quick and the burger was fresh and tasty! Keeping it 5 stars because I rate food freshness and quality over drive through speed.

I got some roost fried which I usually love but today they were extremely disappointing not only did they forget to put sauce on it they looked sad

Drive thru needs to go faster please! Stop closing lobby at 10 pm. Keep it open. It took 1 hour to get my food. The pandemic is over!!!!

Food was good and service was fast. Great place to get a late night munchies. I recommend the Chicken tater melt after 9pm for $8.00

It's the best as always, I had the double breakfast croissant 🥐. And it was delicious 😋

i sometimes come for the #26 pretty good with a coffee and the people there are always friendly like isabell

Very delicious, eating here will make your day great. A little on the expensive side but worth it.
