Friendly staff, rooms are quite clean, except the bathroom which wasn’t cleaned properly. Breakfast was exceptional. Rooms are rather old, no plugs next to the bedside table. They have an underground parking which you need to pay to use.

Good location with paid parking. Rooms clean but dated. Restaurant has lovely views but food was just OK especially for the price. The attitude of the front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. Considering this was one of the pricier stays on this trip we were not impressed.

Wonderful place. Mount Etna can be seen from the fourth floor balcony. The decor is somehow both modern and warm.

I found the reception staff being a bit patronizing. Also, finding this hotel while you are driving is an ordeal. They should improve signage for those who arrive by car.

On water front, so is close to much to do. In fact the museum is right across the street with two very cool bronze statues. Food is served on 5th floor and there is a great view. Had breakfast there and it was very good ;plenty to eat and good quality. Would go back.

The service and the staff was great! the breakfast is above italian standards, as we could have not only sweet pastary but Continental breakfast as well. the room was tipicial Italian style elegant. nice clean and well furnished. huge double bed plus a children bed were in it. If we come back to Reggio we will stay here for sure. The view to the see from the frkm the 3rd floor or from the 5th where are the restaurant is pricless. Restaurant served good dinner and good vines on a 4+ star level price ;)

Booked through tour company together with transfer from port. Hotel was paid for transfer via tour company and they tried to bully us into paying again but we stood our ground and refused. Hotel said they would sort it out. Then we go up to our 'Superior room' for 3 people. Was so small that we couldn't even open our 2 suitcases without falling over them. They tried to tell us the booking was for 1 person but we then asked how come they had a queen bed and a single bed in the room? They then said they would upgrade us for a price and we said we would contact our tour company and sort it out. Next thing is the hotel is offering a larger room at no extra charge. We spoke to tour company and they advised that no hotel would upgrade in peak season without payment so I think this hotel tries to rip people off from every aspect

Great hotel and excellent restaurant. Very friendly and professional staff. Rooms are very good and have baths. Located next to the shore and by the mile walk. Highly recommended.

This is a good hotel. The staff are helpful and it has lovely views. Rooms a little basic, and need an update. Restaurant food was very good.

Hotel staff was mostly great. Our group had a few issues with maintenance. Decor needs to be updated... Restaurant was very good!

Good old 4 stars country side hotel. Stayed one night as business trip. Old but good interior and well maintenanced facility. Good service by friendly staffs. I will stay this hotel next opportunity.

Large and comfortable bed good amenities good breakfast. Good location just around the corner of the Magna Grecia Museum and the queue to the greatest ice cream of Reggio!!!!
