Great place to relax and have fun with family and friends. It is also a great place for cycling, jogging or running. Kids love the park but there is also an amusement park nearby for kids to have fun and experience an adrenalin rush.

This Church is a little jewel, and its nearness to the lake is charming. At its inner the light creates special effects on the little sculptures of the Via Crucis. You have to have an obliged visit if you go in Belo Horizonte

I have been to this chapel many times. There is a lot to discover here: the organic modern architecture, a style inspired - according to architect Oscar Niemeyer - by the curves of Brazilian beaches; the tilework by Candidio Portinari; and art exploring the complicated relationship between humans and the animals on this planet.

This historical church is one of the most popular postcards of BH. Designed by Oscar Niemeyer, the church is a piece of art with its modern curves and tilling. The location couldn't be more beautiful, at Pampulha's Lagoon border. The church is small but can be visited if you buy a ticket. Beautiful place for pictures.

Of course it's another point of interest anyone shouldn't miss when visiting BH, unfortunately it's under restoration and was closed by the time I've been there.

It was closed for a private event, the Pampulha lake and park need maintenance to create a better atmosphere for this small attraction.

Stunning church by Pampulha Lake. Very out of the box design with some of the most beautiful tiles I’ve ever seen. It’s pretty hard to miss if you are ever visiting the Pampulha Lake because the design literally calls your attention. Simply incredible!
