The place is excellent and the hospitality is so good, they have the unique way of relating with there clients. I just want to say thanks to all the staff plz keep up the good work. The food was good and the service. The rooms were clean no regrets at all I enjoyed my stay with my family. The hotel is nicely located near town about 5 to 10 minutes drive. Our family has just stayed 4 nights in 2 cabins. We are visiting from the UK and staying with our son and daughter in law who live with their little two and three quarter year old daughter in Uberlândia. This hotel was chosen by our daughter in law and I think she made an excellent choice. The cleanliness was excellent, service outstanding and the buffet breakfast quite amazing. We were thrilled to find the housekeeping staff had made a special "towel child" for our Grandaughter, whose response was ecstatic! My husband also had his birthday celebrated at breakfast with a cake. Reception staff and management went out of their way to assist us. I think this is a wonderful place to stay, highly recommended. This hotel is amazing and so are they staff!!! They treat you like royalty! They even open the car door for you. They check in went smoothly. We don't speak Portuguese and had no issues. They offer you hot chocolate and coffee. Lucas and Maurício are awesome! My husband asked Maurício for orange juice at 7 PM and Maurício brought 2 cups with fresh orange to our room 10 minutes later. The service is outstanding!! Don't stay downtown, come here!!! The service is not the same!! The rooms are like little cottages. The rooms are spotless and they clean stay-overs every day. The property is just beautiful! The offer a complimentary breakfast and it's fantastic! They even had detox juice! The breakfast is a variety of fresh fruits, cheeses, cut meats and breads. They of course had eggs. Don't skip breakfast!
