I discovered the Sinergia space through a friend who did yoga with me a few years ago. I was looking for an alternative treatment to overcome trauma, fears and anxiety. After trying conventional medicine and undergoing psychotherapy, I met Mary. I have been doing floral therapy for 3 months and I already feel a huge improvement in my daily life. I don't take any medication, I practice yoga daily and use flower remedies. The consultation with her is wonderful, around 1 hour of conversation that helps guide the direction of my life! Very grateful and satisfied with the service!

I attended the Sinergia space for 4 years and I can say that I had incredible experiences there! I learned to love doing yoga, to really know what it was like to feel connected to myself! I met incredible people who taught me a lot! I participated in a yoga retreat, had a massage, flower treatment in a difficult pandemic situation (I'm a nurse) and was always very welcomed! The energy space is complete: Wonderful team👏🏼 and a place with incredible energy… Espaço Sinergia will always be in my good memories!! And I hope to go back to attending soon, now that everything is getting back to normal! I highly recommend Espaço Sinergia!💓
