At first I was welcomed but the attendant informed me about price options (dish 50 reais per meal or by weight) and gave his opinion. My mother, my husband and I ate 3 dishes, 3 juices and 2 desserts. I believed the value would be reasonable "between 180 to 200) but they charged 248. I deducted each dish was 50 reais, the 3 juices and 2 desserts were 100 reais. Very expensive indeed 😔. My husband paid and only spoke to me at home, super awkward. I demanded an explanation. The details of what was consumed should be described. I was upset about that

Wonderful food, I was positively surprised by the self-service price. I recommend it if you are willing to eat well and a lot.

Comfortable, beautiful place, delicious and well served food. My experience with customer service was great with a specific girl, as there was another one there who always had a frown on her face and seemed to be in a bad mood. The other was super receptive, polite and kind. Rating 10 for her. The price is affordable and worth it for the good food, only the juice wasn't good, it was very weak and just foamed. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The only thing that was bothersome is that they are always taking things off the table. I got up to help my fiancée friend and when I came back my plate was no longer there and another time the same thing happened to my water bottle which was practically full, they took it too. I'm glad the attendant gave me another bottle, because it wouldn't be fair, right? They said it was the house's order to clear the table, but I believe it would be better if they asked if they could clear the plates and glasses. And when they didn't see the person at the table, they waited for the person to come back to ask. Anyway, other than that detail, I have nothing to complain about.

I do not recommend! I was at the restaurant yesterday and the guy who served me was super rude! He said that the restaurant would close in half an hour, he said the price per kilo and the carvery! without anyone asking (His tone of voice made it clear that we couldn't pay!) It was the first and last time I set foot in this establishment!
