Excellent food, discreet and peaceful place to take family and friends!

I ordered delivery and was even embarrassed by the operator, a completely inexperienced person, she doesn't know how to speak, she shouldn't know or write, I agreed with her the time I would like my order to arrive, but I received it an hour before, and I had to eat my meal cold When I called to complain she slammed the phone in my face, a lack of respect and pure inconvenience.

Terrible service from employees. It takes time to serve and bring drinks. When I asked for a glass the waiter did not return to the table. In the barbecue part (the main part of the restaurant), the barbecue chef always gives you a slice of the meat you want, but if you want more he tries to throw another type of cut on your plate with a giant piece of fat. When paying, I refused to pay the 10% and the employees were mocking me for not paying. Mediocre service does not earn extra and much less should it be recognized.

It's been a while since I visited, the service was great, the food was excellent, I didn't like the way the roasted pineapple was served, in several places I go they serve it in the same rotation with the barbecue, so it took the place of dessert, I didn't like it , there shouldn't be a separate charge since the carvery has a very considerable price, it upset me and we didn't even order dessert
