I was really hoping to love this place. The service was great, and the buffet had a lot of variety. The staff walked around continuously offering a variety of meets for you too choose from. What I was not a fan off, was that the selection of the more popular cuts, like picanha and filet mignon were rarely offered, unless you asked and waited a long time to receive them. While sometimes the meat was perfectly cooked, about half of the time the meat was far too salty to enjoy.

All you need to know: GREEN means "bring the meat" & RED means "I need a break give me a second" And when I say bring the meat, I mean they serve you the best cuts of every meat, every time. I mean your favorite bite, every bite. I was in heaven. They also have a salad bar, with the best leaf, or grain, or legume. Every piece looks like the best one. Now I know it sounds like there must be a lot of waste, but I'm not thinking about that as I bite the best part of the steak, or pork belly. It's worth every penny. (Also, the service is phenomenal. Place is honestly insanely good. To put it in perspective, we ate at the 12th best restaurant in the world the night before we came here, and I think me and the 2 other guys I was with all enjoyed this meal better. Had a good time and food was good however, the final payment they used their own conversion instead of selecting BRL in payment and as such an additional 16% was applied. Gross behaviour. They never allowed me to see the screen and just tapped my card so didn't know until I checked my card statement later and realised the payment was excessively higher +$28. There is no reason for them to select an international currency for conversion. It is so unprofessional. Reading another review it seems this is something that has happened before and they haven't bothered fix it. The person may not have known so they either need to train better or get a new machine. Regardless I cannot look past this kind of behaviour at an establishment. After travelling South America for 8 months, this was the first establishment to do this so really disappointing.

It was great experience. Tastes good. The staff is so kind even we don't speak Portuguese, they were trying to understand what I said in English. Actually I used Google translate, though.haha They are cutting done meats on front of us like performance. It was so fun and we really enjoyed the meal here. I think basically this restaurant is popular and crowded, so why don't you make a reservation for your great meal!?

Barbacoa was a great experience for my boyfriend and I. He was extremely excited about trying barbecue in Brazil, more specifically the picanha. The buffet is well served and constantly refreshed by the servers. The Metre was very cordial and ensured we had a good experience. However, the reason why I am not giving 5 stars was because we didn't get the cuts of meat we specifically asked the servers. When Filet Mignon came we'd had enough food and could not try it.

They have a decent salad bar to get you started but once you're ready to flip the coin to green, the meat doesn't stop coming. You can choose what you like and all of the cuts were absolutely delicious. The lamb was by far my most favorite.
