This is the second time I came to Crown and Anchor, and it was a great experience. I have had the Sunset Sling, which is an aromatic cocktail, and for dinner I had the Chicken Parmesan with mashed potatoes. The vegetables that it came with tasted good from how they season and glazed it for flavour. The mashed potatoes were decent, while the Chicken Parmesan was fantastic, with chicken itself cooked at perfection. The entrée was served with gravy for additional taste. The restaurant is dark, calm and accommodating to my coming. The staff as well is good at their work and have nothing to complain about. I would recommend Crown and Anchor to anyone that enjoy good food and beverages.

Bar service is great. And it was a weekday evening, so there was hardly anyone there. Spicy chicken burger would have been great if it was a real chicken breast instead of a crumbed deep-fried white thing. Sauce was good. And excellent fries. Mostly recommend.

Server seemed completely disinterested in taking our order. Offered no info on the menu, or happy hour, just "do you know what you want". Not even an attempt at friendliness. Food was horrible for the price. Steak was all fat and way overcooked. Sides were overcooked and potato was just all cheese I'm assuming to hide the lack of flavour. Even app was gross. I will not be returning.

I went in with my son for lunch today. I ordered the fish tacos and they were by far the best tacos I've ever had (as I've ordered fish tacos from alot of different restaurants). Fish had a nice crunchy batter and had pickled onions, coleslaw, marinated peppers, pineapple and red onions and siracha aioli. I ordered it with the soup of the day which was Tomato Basil. It was absolutely fantastic! My son had the grilled chicken burger with fries and it was all deliscious as well! I'll definitely be eating here in a few weeks when I'm back in town!

Had a great date night experience here. The food is good quality pub food, but the service is just plain awesome! Hanna was friendly, attentive and efficient. Made for a great evening and we will be back for sure!

We came into Salmon Arm late and needed some dinner before checking in. We stopped at the Crown N Anchor and did not regret it. The audience was nice and the service was fast. The food was priced moderately and was very very good. No complaints at all. Will definitely be back.

Stopped in for lunch with a group I belong. They had everything setup for us as we booked ahead. They have a reasonable selection of beers but no local artisan beers of note. I enjoyed my meal. The service was accepted. Before it changed names they use to carry Mount Begbie Brewery's beer.

The food is great pub fare, and the patio on a warm day is a delight. Sadly, the service simply isn't there. Eg, we arrived at 12:25, by 1:05 we had to flag down another server to take our order, which arrived 30 minutes later. The restaurant had no more than 4 tables occupied by about 12:50, so that was not the issue. Nearly a year had lapsed since we'd last been there because of the serviced issue. Sadly, nothing has improved in that area.

I ordered the fish & chips. We were in a group of 7. The meals were mostly good. I was the only person who returned my meal as I discovered a long dark hair in the tartar sauce. The server was very apologetic and removed my meal from the bill. I can't fault the establishment as I don't know if they made the tartar sauce there or if they buy it from a food distributor. I would eat there again. What I ate was great, but I couldn't finish it after my discovery.
