Staff was helpful when we made a recent purchase. We used a VAT form and the cashier didn't know how to fill it out, so it took a little longer, but she didn't get frustrated. Good selection of kids'winter coats and hats. Prices were decent.

It's ok for business shirts at a good price with decent material, the cut is moderate, you might want them tailored for a nice fit. EVERYTHING else in the men's department is overpriced, badly tailored and doesn't feel good. I'm not fond of the pricing in both male and female department. Not very good variety either.
